SUPREME PEST CONTROL

The service person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed my questions with ease. Inside the home he sprayed in the corners and baseboards. I have a dog and he told me that the spray was pet friendly. We had to leave the house for at least an hour. Because his company was outside his typical service area, the serviceman said he would send me the name of a closer provider if I were considering a more frequent service plan.

Worked with me to make a convenient appointment. Took the needs of my pets into consideration when designing the plan of action.

Due to a misunderstanding, he did not show up when scheduled. I called and he apologized and said he had a different time scheduled for my house. When he got to my home he sprayed in and around my house and garage and also threw in spraying around the pool to make up the scheduling mixup. I have been very please with the continued lack of crawly critters in my house even 5 months later.

Dio's team did a great job spraying for pests. They were able to accommodate our pets (dogs and fish) and used pesticides appropriate for the job. They were courteous, clean and friendly. There was no lasting odor. The only way I knew they were here is because I haven't seen an ant since. We have been pest free for the past several months. When the need arises, we will definitely call them (probably to start a scheduled service).

We purchased a house that had been vacant for 5 years. Neighbors tell us about the squatters sneaking into the house. The place was a mess. Anyway, ants were everywhere. Every morning they would show up in a different spot (dishwasher, pantry, cabinets, floor...) and they were all over the outside too. I'd pull a few weeds and thousands of ants would soon be all over me. I went through 4 jugs of ant spray form the hardware store but they would just move to another spot only to return in a few days. We called Supreme Pest Control. Set up an appointment. They were on time, very professional, and explained the complete process. They sprayed inside and outside and I think they were here for 60-90 minutes total. It's been 3 month and we haven't seen a single ant. we were able to have Thanksgiving at our house without worrying about the ants taking over and ruining everything. As soon as I see one single ant I'm calling Supreme Pest Control. So happy with their service!

THE most knowledgeable, easy-to-understand, helpful, competent professional! We've already given his contact information to other friends in our area. Why? Dio explained exactly what he was going to do, described the expected outcomes, and presented possible solutions if all our ant problems didn't disappear after a single treatment. We've had an ant problem, as many of our neighbors in Loma Linda have had, for decades. After one treatment, and a few stray, slightly delirious ants in one of our bathrooms the three days immediately following treatment, we have not seen a single ant in weeks. And that includes those days when the temperature reached nearly 100 degrees after the one treatment. We will sign up for his bi-monthly service, just to keep our formerly endless colonies of ants at bay, but also because it's such a pleasant relief to be doing business with this gentleman and his company. Communication was a little shaky at first, partially my fault as well. After appointment was set everything went somewhere. Service was great, no complaints.

I was having a huge problem with ants in a home that I just purchased. Dio came and sprayed the exterior, and then did critical areas of the interior (I was concerned about having too much pesticide in the house so I asked him not to do the full interior). He identified several problem areas around the house, including some bushes and trees that were infested with ants, and gave me recommendations on how to decrease the likelihood of future problems. I set up a schedule have him come back on a bimonthly basis to spray the exterior, at least until I have a better feel for how bad the bugs really are around my home. He will work with my schedule so I can be home to keep the dogs inside while he sprays and for awhile afterwards while it dries.

Dio was excellent! He sprayed the inside and outside of my home. He was EXTREMELY professional, well dressed and clean cut. Big name companies like Orkin should take a few lessons from him. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 but he had a cancellation so he called me up and offered me an earlier appointment which I was unable to take. He contacted me on the way to my house informing me that he would be there in approximately 15 minutes. On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable regarding the ant problem I was having. He informed me about the bimonthly service he offers with no pressure selling techniques behind it like most companies do. I will definitely contact Dio again for my pest control needs! It went great. He did the same day accommodation when I purchased the service. The gentleman’s name is Dio and he was on time and was dressed well. He understood what our problem was, we were infested with ants. He made sure that we were significantly away from the spray which I very much appreciated. I decided to use them because I had a call for a recommendation from the area and that is also why I joined Angie’s List. I called Orkin and they were extremely expensive and not easy to work with. I went to Angie’s List and saw that Supreme was offering a deal so I took it. I also read some of the reviews about them and they liked them and I went for the recommendation from them. He was really good.

Dio was excellent! I needed next day service and he was able to accommodate my rushed schedule. He was on time, friendly and professional. His prices were great and I will definitely be using him in the near future. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know!

Superior response time, very personable over the phone and in person. I have retained Supreme Pest Control's services on a bi-monthly basis because of my initial experience with Dio.

Dio is awesome. Called him over a weekend, got a call back on Monday, set up time for the next day. He arrived on time, let us know the procedure, and performed services very well. He offers a bi monthly service with no contract, or on call treatments. He is sincere and does a good job with no gimmicks. No pressure like the other pest companies. I would highly recommend his services.

I can't say enough about what a pleasure Dio of Supreme Pest Control is to work with. He responded quickly to my messages, arrived right on time, explained what he would be doing, what chemicals were used, how long it would take, and asked me about any specific problems or areas of concerns I had. Plus, he is a wonderful person; very friendly, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and all around pleasure to deal with. I whole-heartedly recommend him. P.S. An option to sign up for service every 2 months at a rate of $60 was discussed, but there was never any pressure to do so. The nice thing about continuing his service is that unlike other pest control companies, he does not require you to sign a yearly contract. He wants you to continue with him only if you are happy with him and his service. He also emphasized to call him if I need him to come back before the next scheduled visit.

Dio was on time and provided all services as advertised. He was also very personable and knowledgeable about his craft. Dio provided suggestions for the future and welcomed any future phone call if any insects reemerged. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Dio and I would recommend his company.

Dio evaluated the interior and exterior of our new home. He recommended that he spray both outside and inside areas. He educated us on what we should look for and to contact him if we saw additional insects. I called him two weeks later after I saw a trail of ants around the front porch. HE SHOWED UP IN TWO HOURS! He gladly sprayed the front yard as part of the original service. I am happy that I found another wonderful vendor on Angies list. I also signed up for every other month to insure my home can be ant free. Highly recommend Dio!
