Description of Work: Just a small mix up on the date. It worked out that I was home the date they had. Other than that they were great! Great work, windows are nice and clean. I will use again!

Description of Work: After signing up for the deal I exchanged emails with the company to setup the time for our service. We scheduled the service for March 19th between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Originally I believed this was the exact service time but this was actually an estimated arrival time to begin service. I contacted the company at approximately 10:15 the morning of the 19th and was told that a crew would be to my house before 12:00pm. I had to work at 10:30 and gave them my wife's phone number to call when they were close by as we have a 14 month old son who could be napping when they arrive. At 3:00 that afternoon I checked my phone on a break at work to find a missed call from the window cleaning crew. They had called me at 2:00 to say they were on their way and had just finished a previous service. They called again at 2:45 to say they had arrived but no one was home. After waiting four hours and not receiving a phone call my wife assumed they were not coming and left to run errands. I never received another phone call or email after that.

Description of Work: Cleared out my clogged gutters - very efficient, cleaned up all waste that was clogging gutters, and super dog friendly too. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Washed 20 windows. Windows came out great but the screens were so-so. Left a couple screens off had to play a little phone tag to have them come back and put them in and re-clean a couple screens better. Would use again but would be more vigalant that they clean the screens better and make sure they put everything back. Easy to work with

Description of Work: They arrived on time and were completely professional. They cleaned out the gutters, which were very dirty. They also offered to wash the windows inside and out. I agreed to wash the exterior windows, and they were done in a jiffy. They left and everything was clean, even the sidewalk. |Great guys. |

Description of Work: They washed 21 windows inside and out. They were friendly pleasant young men but messy, leaving not only dirt from their shoes on my stairs and living room carpet, they left dirty hand prints along my freshly painted wall casing in the guest room and left dirty water drips on window sills. The windows looked good, but the downside was the mess. They were also almost an hour and 20 minutes late due to getting lost and traffic.

Description of Work: The ad said they clean interior and exterior windows including screens and tracks. Anthony was prompt in responding and cordial in setting up the service visit. When the worker arrived and we were discussing the service he said re: the screens that they'll brush them and re: the tracks they'll wipe them down with a rag..if we wanted actual cleaning of them that would be an additional charge. Told him I understood that when they said cleaning interior and exterior windows including screens and tracks, it meant just that. I also showed him a printout of the exact service I ordered. I decided to hold off on the service due to the miscommunication. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Anthony following up on what happened. In between the service visit and that follow up call, I went on Angie's List and found that they had recently changed the wording on their ad (at some point after I had ordered it). Also saw a new review indicating they cleaned the windows but didn't do the tracks. So based on these two things, I wasn't the first person expecting them to clean screens and tracks when they said they included screens and tracks. But they had already addressed it by changing their wording. After the follow up conversation with Anthony, which involved $5-$10 additional charge per window to do screens and tracks, I decided to cancel the service. Also noticed that after that call the wording on their ad was changed even further. They most likely will not have any further problems like this since re-stating specifically what they are offering.

Description of Work: Spill drops on carpet, but we're super nice, hard working and they did an excellent job on the windows - highly recommended
