We've used this company for this service before and have always been pleased. They're prompt, efficient and professional.

Terrible paid 99.00 on Angie’s list. Work was never done. Impossible to contact company. When they finally contacted me they set up a day and time and never showed up. I to this day have been unable to speak to a live person and have not received my money back. Terrible company DEFINITELY would NOT recommend.

Arrived on time clean screens and windows. Extra charge for cleaning the tracks thoroughly.

They on time, finished quickly and did a great job.

Men were very prompt and went right to work. Did a great job cleaning window and gutters. The only problem was even though they did 'clean' the tracks they still left quite a bit of dirt behind, so really weren't cleaned properly.

Washed all windows inside and out. Nice job.

My husband called to schedule work. We had everything setup and were ready for him at the scheduled time. He never showed up for the appointment and did not answer the phone when we called back.

Showed up on time and did great work. Called in extra person once they realized how big the job was (after adding more windows on top of the original Angie's List offer) and got it done right (didn't rush through using a single person)

At first, in March, they claimed problems with their computer and scheduling. When I finally reached them and arranged for this past Wednesday, which is now into May, they did not show up or call. I have left three voice mails and two email messages. I am done with this company

The team never showed up on the date of the initial appointment. Eventually I was able to reach the company by email to reschedule, but now--months later--no one has performed any service.

I purchased the Deal adding my best dates, No response from Window Genie. A week later, I called and left a nice voice message for Anthony that I wanted to schedule my service. No response. A week later I left another voice message and sent an email through AL. No response to either. 3 days later I called and had to leave another voice message. I'm done. I've just requested a refund.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for window cleaning by Window Genie on 2/27/17 and Gave 3 preferred dates I would like them to come. I expected a call back from Window Genie to confirm appt but received no call. I then called WG in early April to schedule the appt. for window cleaning but they couldn't find the order which was paid to Angie's List. After much searching the order was found and an appt. scheduled to come out on a Tuesday between 9:00 - 10:00a.m. They never showed up. I called Window Genie at 11:30a.m. That day and the call went directly to voice mail. I left a message for them to call me and no one called back. I called Angie's List and my order was refunded. I would not use this company. Very unreliable.

They set up my appt and never show up and I couldn't contact them by phone.
