Description of Work: The owner called me to postpone the gutter cleaning because it was raining. He remade the date and the time all picked by him. He had some guy come after 11.30. By the time the guy got here I had to leave. The gutters were never cleaned. In the week before my second appointment I called the owner at least three time to confirm the day and the time. He never called me back. I get very nervous when people don't return calls it means that they are not responsible people.I surmised that this was a m icky mouse operation.

Description of Work: First they came in 30 minutes late. 2nd it was not clear when I bought the service that they will only clean the glass part of the window not the grove of the window where all the dust is collected. My cleaning lady does clean monthly the glass. I needed the service to clean the grove, I was told I need to pay $20window extra to have the grooving clean where window frame slide.
