Window Genie

Two young men arrived in the morning 06-17-2014. They were well equipt to do the job. We were very please with their knowledge and skills to perform the task. Our house is two story which adds a chalenge to washing thr outside of the windows. They performed the job very skillfully and swiftly. We are very happy with the experience and will definately call on Window Genie the next time we need our windows cleaned.

Steve from Window Genie was came to my house right at the time I was told someone would be there. He was very friendly and professional. He did an AMAZING job on all of the windows and screens. I would highly recommend Window Genie to anyone who needs their windows to look sparkling clean.

It went extremely well from the beginning to the end. Steve is a very responsible worker. I have had windows cleaned before & Window Genie is the "tops".

After initial purchase and communication, the company indicated an available date with their availability in the afternoon. They asked for my phone number and email. I confirmed a date that they had provided along with my contact information. They never replied, confirmed a date and time, or showed up to provide service.

They were on time, worked quickly. One man did inside, one did outside. They adjusted screen not in place properly. Did a very good job. I will use them again.

It was a rocky start but a good finish. No one showed up at the first appointment made. The owner called well past the appointment saying that no one is able to do the cleaning that day. The work was rescheduled but the cleaners were late. Nevertheless, two-men crew did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional and thorough. Despite the scheduling problems, I'd use the same company again.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was pretty good. The big deal was $99 for window cleaning. We had them do more stuff than the $99 covered. They were real courteous, and they showed up on time. They were quick about it, and they missed somethings that we noticed afterwards, but we didn't want to call them about it.

Great work performed promptly and professionally. Shawn and Casey were a good team, friendly and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend them and will likely do business with them again.

They were fantastic. The person in charge came to a good compromised price. He was happy, I was happy. After they came, they did a few windows for free that my daughter had found. The people were extremely friendly and happy to answer any and all questions. My wife is very nit picky and she even said it was a good job.

This was an Angie's list big deal. The method of calculating how many windows is very costly. They count double and more for any windows with seperated panes of glass. Having had window cleaners in this house before, I expected some increase in the count but have never experienced such a large increase. The cleaners were very nice about it and they did some of what they considered over the 14 windows for $99.00. However, on a regular basis the cost according to how they counted the paned glass would cost at least $30.00 more than anyone I have ever had. They did not consider doing some windows that were more difficult to reach although every other cleaner has done those 2 windows. The claim is, they do a more expert job. I found them to be as good as most cleaners I have had, not far superior.

Window Genie showed up on time within the same week they provided the estimate. They were very professional, clean and friendly. They did an excellent job and were very willing to work with us in the windows we selected to clean. They honored the coupon price which was better than some competitors. We will use them again.

The service was great. I met the owner and he is very cordial, polite, and professional. They have good follow up. They were prompt, very professional, clean, and minimally intrusive. The scheduling was great and they came when they said they would. They sent out 2 guys to do the job.

They guy putting the tint on did a great job. The window washing person hardly went around and only cleaned a few windows, and didn’t really try to get the grease off of them. It has been about 4 years since we cleaned them and he should have not been there that day. The company was very nice and they even sent me a Starbucks gift card. They did thank me for the business. They tinted all the front windows and even the windows in the back. They were patient and did a good job. They showed up on time and they cleaned up. They explained exactly what they were doing.

I was very happy with it. The scheduling was very good. They got the job done in about 2 hours. They sent 2 guys out to do the cleaning and they were very pleasant.
