Crew was supposed to arrive by 1:00 pm but did not arrive until 3:30. They spent 1.5 hours doing the job. The work was thorough and good quality. Both crew members were professional.

It was fine and they did a good job.

Windows were cleaned. Inside and out screens too.

I didnt use the deal because on the day of the appointment we were called and advised they were running a little late and made the appointment for later, but no one ever showed up! We have called them and left close to 6 messages. No one is answering and no one has returned any calls or messages.

I live in a 3rd floor condo with large windows. I'm on a regular 6 month cleaning schedule and so far I've been very happy with the service each visit. They are friendly, careful, responsive and clean the windows very well. I've also had responsive followup when necessary.

I made an appointment for Monday July 7. They called and could not make it due to a worker calling in absent. We rescheduled for Wednesday, July 9 at 1:30. The worker, John or Sean (apologies), called at 9:45am and asked to come then. No one was home (we work) so I spent the next 10 minutes making sure my husband could come home for this crew. He came home at 10:30am and the crew took 45 minutes to do the windows. The crew did excellent work on the windows. Here are the cons: I feel like I was making accommodations for them to do work I paid for because they have scheduling issues. Also, I have a pet peeve - if you do work at my house and I pay you, my expectation is that things moved around will be put back where they belong. This did not happen. I had to put things away when I got home from work. Also, someone left a "dead" Starbucks cup in my garage. I believe they should throw away their OWN trash!

They were very good and very thorough. I had them clean about 30 windows. I also paid an additional amount for more windows. They were able to come out pretty quickly after I'd purchased the deal.

Steve called to say had arrived in 1/2 hr. Upon his arrived he discussed what we would like done, and immediately went to work.

I purchased the deal from Angie's list that covered 20 windows. I had a total of 30 windows I wanted cleaned so it was an additional $100.00. The young men Chase & Steve who cleaned my windows were wonderful!!! They were very professional and worked very hard. They put putties over their shoes so they wouldn't track in any dirt. They asked me to walk around to make sure I was satisfied with their work and I pointed out one drip mark and they were on it. The screens looked amazing, they put rags under the inside ladder so it wouldn't scratch my hard wood floors. They even put back up my curtains. I highly recommend this company and Chase & Steve you will be completely satisfied with their service.

Two gentlemen arrived in uniform to clean my windows. They went to work, one inside, and one outside. Work was completed in a timely manner.

Our professional window cleaner retired after 25 years. We decided to try Window Genie and are very happy that we did. Steve came out to our office, he was on time and was very professional. Steve did an amazing job cleaning our office windows and I will definitely use Window Genie again in the future. I highly recommend this business. I also just wanted to mention that we had a patient come in several weeks after our windows were cleaned and say that we had the cleanest windows that they had ever seen.
