Description of Work: It went very well. The only problem I had was that in the "ad" they mentioned cleaning the window tracks. That didn't happen. They didn't even bring in a vacuum to do that. Although it was mentioned in the ad, they told me it was an additional charge. You may want to check the wording on this. They wiped the track, but left most of the dirt.

They called me and informed me that they are running a few minutes late and they also accomodated me when I asked if I can reschedule due to the party I'm holding the following day. The windows looked great and gave me some recommendations advice on how I can maintain the cleanliness of the windows. They also provided me a can of the window cleaner for free which I thought was very nice. Yes I would recommend this company very professional staff. |

Description of Work: The crew arrived at the scheduled time, made a quick survey of the windows and revised the quote for the job. Since several windows are paned, the quote for all the windows, the patio door and the bay window in the kitchen was more than the deal price, but still very reasonable. They got to work immediately, one outside, one inside cleaning the windows. The work was completed professionally and quickly. And they even ended up charging a little less than the quote. We were very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: A team of 3 young men arrived with equipment in hand and a cheerful attitude. The very efficiently washed windows and screens.. Some of our screens are very difficult to put in and take out. After they left, I discovered that 3 screens had not been put back. The manager responded to my call promptly and came to put the screens back. My windows sparkle!

Description of Work: Had my windows washed. The job went well. Only issue was that I was told originally arrival time would be 12 - 2. I called at 12:30, and was told 1 - 3.

Description of Work: I feel they could have done a better job on the windows. They failed to put one of the screens back on "because it was difficult ". I had to call them to come back and put it back on. They said I would have to wait til the next time they were in the area. Then didn't hear back. When I did they said it would be the next Friday. Very dissatisfied!!!!!

Description of Work: They pressure washed my two story house and cleaned the windows. They were prompt and hardworking. Everything we discussed was addressed and done well. |Although I have not followed up as yet, I also got an estimate for window film to protect my furniture and floor. I would, absolutely, consider this company for the installation.
