Mirrors and windows not wiped. Several areas still visibly untidy. I sent him photos and videos, but was met with defensiveness: “Missing a spot here and there does happen… vacuuming under surfaces isn’t standard unless asked… I don’t believe this constitutes a refund… I did vacuum the sofa cushions tho.” I’m kinda in disbelief, laughing out loud as I write this—and also insulted. I’ve lived in this apartment 11 years. Hired dozens of cleaners. I know what a deep clean looks like. This wasn’t even a standard clean. Ang’s not a pro—he’s a 20-something actor doing odd jobs.
