We set up an appointment. I got an alert for their arrival time. Luis the cleaner was excellent. He treated the stains. Processed the carpet and extracted the liquids. My carpets look like when they were installed!!

VCC delivered superior service, my drapes look refreshed and new again! They took the time to hang the drapes back up perfectly, and even steamed them to perfection. They did an excellent job on the carpet and stain. The carpet came out beautiful and fresh smelling. I would recommend valley carpet if you need your carpet done.

I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Luis cleaned and regrouted a marble tiled bathroom floor, restored a marble vanity top that was etched with water marks, and restored a marble dining room table that had a heat-etched ring stain. He also removed the old grout and regrouted the seams between countertops and back splashes and between backsplashes and walls throughout the kitchen. Luis was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas where he worked. I was initially a bit reluctant to select this company for marble restoration because of the name but I'm glad I did.

They have been great and are the best as far as I am concerned. They give a reasonable price as well. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely hire them again.

Great! The carpets hadn't been cleaned in years, with some old doggy pee stains as well, and in a little over an hour. they were done, and they looked fantastic.

This company had called and we made an appointment for them to come out for a estimate. They never showed up and did not even have the courtesy to call. I would not recommend this company at all.

It went very well! The technician (in this age of COVID-19 we did not interact much so I missed his name) was very careful, and he did a very thorough job quickly. He was super careful to put down floor coverings and he was wearing all of the proper PPE.

Always do an excellent, professional job

The service was good. I had some furnitures lying aroud and they helped me put the things up and cleaned the carpet under the furnitures.

We have thirteen-year-old white carpet, and while we take good care of it, there were quite a few spots that have been there for years, even in spite of regular cleaning. This time we tried Valley Carpet Cleaning, and were exceptionally pleased with the results. While it would be too much to say it looks like new, Raul was able to remove most of the spots, and the high-traffic areas are far cleaner than they've been in a long time. There was a mix up in appointment days, but it was resolved quickly and courteously. Raul was friendly, professional, and took great care during the cleaning process. We will definitely use these guys for regular cleanings and any mishaps that might occur between.
