The Technician arrived on time. he was friendly and professional. Unclogging the bleach cup solved the leaking washer problem. The clothes dryer was also checked and and needed only a minor adjustment.

They did a good job. There were some complications with the dishwasher. They came out a couple of times, but they did not charge me for the extra time. I was satisfied with them. They charged me $118 for the job. They were very personable. There was some miscommunication, but it wasn?t bad. I will use them again in the future.

After calling 10 repair services who declined to come out immediately so that our food would not spoil, I called this service, owned by Preston Floyd. It was already 5:00 PM. He responded with yes he could get out within 30 minutes. Then he called again to report that he was on the way. Arrived, diagnosed the problem, got the part from his van, installed, cleaned up. All very professional, friendly, and extremely competent. Wonderful to find a person who would put himself out for customers who were really desperate. I will recommend him, sing his praises, and I am so thankful to find such a wonderful person.

I called and a man on his cell phone gave me a price on the phone and told me someone could be there in a few hours. He gave me quote for a new ice maker of about $250 installed. That seemed fair, but when two men came to replace it they said it would cost $388 and that the man who gave me a quote was wrong. I sometimes think repair people see a big new house and decide to charge more. I had them install it anyway. They had to modify the icemaker to fit in my freezer even though I told them the brand on the phone. It works fine now however. I also had a problem with my oven and he agreed something was wrong and was going to call the manufacturer and get back to me about what to do. He never did.

From the person who answered the phone to the technician performing the work, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I had not expected an appointment to be available the same day I called, but in fact, that is what happened. I also appreciated that another problem was detected and a fix suggested. I will definitely call Camarillo Appliance & TV again!!

Preston arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Additionally, he identified and repaired other problems that I didn't even realize were problems. I thought that the dishwasher operated in those quirky ways! Now the dishwasher performs better than it ever did! I would definitely use this company for all my appliance repairs, whether or not under my home warranty policy.

THOUGH VERY FRIENDLY AND CONCERNED, I FOUND THE EXPERIENCE TO BE VERY FRUSTRATING AS THE REPAIRMAN WAS EXTREMELY BUSY, KEPT GETTING INTERRUPTED, AND FAILED TO TAKE THE TIME TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE OUR PROBLEM.. CONSEQUENTLY, HE MADE 4 VISITS TO FINALLY FIND A PARTIAL SOLUTION. THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETELY RESOLVED.
