Project went as expected. Ken came in and gave me a great estimate, relative to the others I received. He has a no-nonsense approach and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. His employees are hard-working, thorough, and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.

The technician arrived on time, completed the work in a totally professional manner and cleaned up thoroughly. The cost was not rock bottom but was more than fair for the quality of work.

They arrived promptly for the appointment and dealt thoroughly, efficiently, and neatly with the problem. They were very knowledgeable and willing to deal with the complexities of working in a hundred-year-old Craftsman house. The only minor glitch was that it took me a couple of calls to set up the appointment, but the person making the appointments apologized sincerely for not calling me back when they had told me that they would. They were definitely worth the small extra effort of the two calls, and I will call them again when I need electrical work done!

The job went easier and faster than anticipated, with no problems. Crew was on time and cleaned up well. I was very pleased with the job and highly recommend Johnson Electric.

This is how it's done people! Kenny was amazingly kind, confidant of his team and he came through with flying colors! His guys did all the work I needed done in 4 hours that another company tried to scam me on for $400 more and they said they need two four-hour days. He gave me a detailed estimate the very night he got home from a long day of work. It's a really bad time to hire any contractor during a hot housing market, especially for a woman. Kenny is nothing like the contractors I've unfortunately recently had to deal with. He is the most professional contractor I have ever had. Ever! I have found an electrician for life! I only wish he was a general contractor-I would constantly be hiring him-I mean I would be throwing him money. I just pray this review doesn't get him too much business that I could never get him again. Just a lovely, lovely person and great businessman. 5 stars Kenny!

Excellent and detailed estimates and invoicing - excellent communication and responsiveness. The scope of work vs. cost vs. quality of the completed project is the best value I've seen as a new homeowner. Excellent craftsmanship as well on my historic home and the plaster walls and floorboards

Excellent service. Despite a last minute adjustment to the appointment time, Omar was on time and completed the work in an hour. Appreciate his professionalism and patience to explain what the problems and his solution.

Mr. Johnson sent an electrician, Omar, out promptly after I experienced a power outage. Omar identified the problem, found a new part for the circuit breaker and, after the city took forever to come and remove the barrel lock, he replaced it. Job well done. I had emailed Mr. Johnson on a Sunday and he got right back to me and sent Omar over first thing. This company is responsive, efficient and reasonably priced.

He immediately fixed the problem and it hasn't reoccured. He was very reassuring.

Based on my request, Keith provided alternatives and options I had not considered. Once finalized, work started on time and finished a little early.

Friday, Keith Johnson came to my house, the same day I called. He gave me the worst case scenario on removing the knob and tube from the attic. Worst case would have cost me $1100. A friend of mine referred someone who quoted me $2800 for the job. Thank goodness he didn't show up and I got a second opinion. His guys were great. The came on time on Monday and got the job done in a few hours. Cleaned up after themselves. Fortunately my situation was not worst case scenario and they charged me $435. Very happy with them. I have referred them to several people already. Thanks Keith!

They were good. I talked to the owner and his staff came out and did a good job. They seemed to be quick and clear. I appreciated them.

I phoned Keith Johnson and he had one of his employees, Isidro, come and check it out for me. I was pleasantly surprised that he arrived in approx. 1 hr. after my phoning, which was even less than the time initially stated. Isidro was professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgable. He took out the old outlet and showed me exactly what was wrong with it and explained it to me in terms that I could easily understand. He had the equipment with him to fix and replace it on the spot and I couldn't be happier. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

The owner was very rude on the phone, and it was a struggle to get a copy of his insurance before they even came out for the estimate. He finally did send it, the worker was on time, but the pricing was all wrong. Over the phone Keith said it'd be $75 per hour plus materials. When the worker got here he was saying it's going to be "around $225", and that's before he even went to buy the part. In addition, they were going to try and charge us from the time he left his office, as opposed to the time he actually started the work. Very unprofessional.

Called Keith and was over to the house within an hour for estimate. Sent two workers on day decided for installation. Very neat and clean and very hard working. Would use them again.

He sat down and gave me a quote. I felt that he was experienced enough and very professional, however, I ultimately ended up going with another company who would be doing the work independently where this company had employees that would be doing the work.

I scheduled for Keith to come out and look at some lights in my kitchen on Friday, March 28th. But Friday morning -- no Keith. He didn't show up. So I called him. He didn't even remember that he was going to come to my house!! But, idiot that I am, I re-scheduled. I thought maybe the second time would be better. Guess what. He didn't show up. Again. When I called to tell him never to bother coming to my house, he didn't even answer the phone. Seriously, that's not doing business. So he's wasted my time for two days -- and that's more than enough. DO NOT TRY TO HIRE THIS GUY!!!
