Mr. Johnson and his crew have performed a fewjobs from lighting installations, to doorbell repair, to rewiring. Every job has been done well and at a reasonable price. The workers were respectful and very helpful at explaining the work they did before they left. What really set this outfit apart is Mr. Johnson himself. He always returns calls, his crews show up on time and perform the work expediently. On top of this, when I have had questions about other electrical concerns, Mr. Johnson takes time to have a phone call to consult on the issue. Mr. Johnson and his company are of high integrity and I would highly recommend them for any residential electric work.

Hired Ken and his team for a complete knob and tube rewire of our historic 1911 home as well as installation of LED trim kits, a ceiling fan and some light fixtures. The cost v scope and quality of the work was the best value I've seen as a new homeowner. All members of the company, from the on-site techs to Ken were friendly, hard-working, responsive and communicated well. All tasks, estimates and invoicing were clear, concise, and open to questions and discussion. It was a rewarding and satisfying experience which one does not usually expect from contractor projects. I hired Ken Johnson (Johnson Electric) to correct a number of electrical problems which were identified in a pre-sale home inspection. Among these was a replacement of an unsafe old circuit panel, all new power outlets, conduits and receptacles. Ken provided a quote which was very reasonable. Actual work was performed by two technicians. They arrived on time, completed the job the same day, and left the site in pristine conditioner. We were very satisfied with their work and based on my experience I am happy to recommend Johnson Electric for quality electrical projects in your residence.

This review is way overdue. I hired Ken and his crew to work on our entire 1200 square feet guesthouse after being totally screwed by a sham contractor who used other people's license and did everything wrong and scammed us over 80 grand. I was devastated and afraid to hire any contractors at that point. I really checked every review (which by the way not always reliable as my last general contractor hired people to write fake reviews which got me fooled) and especially the state contractor license board records. I only wanted to hire someone who has a long license history without any citations. And yes that is a great way you scout out good people who do great work and won't cheat with someone else's license. Ken has a very long license history without company ownership or name change. I really liked his clean record so I called him up. He came the next day to see what I needed done. I pretty much had him QA the entire project and redo everything. He was so easy to talk to and his two employees Oscar and EZ (I don't know how to spell his name but they call him EZ) were superb. You can tell they are very reliable employees who don't need hand holding or micromanaging. Their great work really eased my nerve after the horrendous experience with the last general contractor who lied and scammed us badly. We are extremely happy with their work and they are also so laid back with their payment unlike other contractors I had before who always wanted to get paid faster then the work they did. I think they are very confident with their work quality and they have tons of return businesses to keep them busy so they are not worried about not being paid. I actually felt bad for holding off the project for months before they could finish it because I had to have other contractors finish their work before I could have Ken's crew to continue their work. Not once Ken rushed me. It was such an enjoyable experience with then all along. I am so grateful for everything they have done. I highly recommend them for any electrical work for project big or small. Their rate is very reasonable and work quality is superb!!!!

I can't recommend Ken Johnson and his team, enough. They gave me a reasonable rate for a brand new electric panel and installed it in only a couple of hours. They even made sure to keep my refrigerator hooked up to power so it stayed cool. Of course, they are following Covid protocols, and were very efficient in their time. They did a really good job on the panel. I would absolutely hire these gentlemen again.

Electricity was needed for a new control panel for my backyard sprinklers, and I needed a couple of light fixtures replaced in my house. The gentleman showed up on-time and quickly took care of everything in three hours, which included making a run to the hardware store for a part. The price was very reasonable since I used the promotion on Angie's List. Moving forward, they will be the first people I call for electrical work.

They were very professional reliable and honest. They diagnosed some previous erroneous electrical work that was done in my home, informed me, and fixed it. I have hired Johnson Electric again and again. The guys working for him are fantastic. Ken the owner educated me and I definitely feel like I have benefited by their service not just in the fixing of my home.

I called 5 different electricians from Angie"s List for quotes. Johnson Electric gave the cheapest quote. I called on Thursday afternoon and they were able to due to job Friday morning. I was contacted Friday morning to let me know that Oscar would be at my house between 11-12. Oscar showed at a little after 11. He was polite and did a good job. He answered all of my questions as I watched him do the work. He took extra care to be as clean as possible. He replaced 5 kitchen CFL lights with LED lights. After finishing that he went on to install a new electrical outlet in a hallway. Once again, he took care to be as clean as possible and answer all of my questions as he proceeded. The whole job took about 3 hours. I will definitely being hiring Johnson Electric again when I need electrical work done around the house.

Ken put in 11 recessed can lights and a power outlet for the same price that my contractor’s guy bid for just 7 lights, no outlet. The quality of the service was excellent, and he came in right on bid. Work was started and finished very quickly from the time of first contact. Highly recommended!
