Description of Work: You can do better. I sent a message to Johnson Electric about a potential job, and they did not have the courtesy to respond. An email from Angie's List confirmed this. There are plenty of responsive electricians that would serve you better.

Description of Work: The power to my irrigation system went out and I was unable to track down the problem. I called Johnson Electric and their service guy Omar showed up an hour later, even though I said it wasn't an emergency. Omar tracked down the problem, which required going into the crawl space beneath the house, and had it fixed in exactly an hour. Great service at a very fair price.

Description of Work: They called made an appointment at 9-9:30 (they chose the time) at location other than my home. While I was en route 3 minutes from destination they called and said they would be there 11 to 1. So instead of 9:30 it was possible that I would wind up waiting until 1 pm for them to arrive. When I called back no one was in the office. I had previously advised them that I was ill and had little stamina. I guess they really did not care about my time or health concerns.

Description of Work: He replaced older can lighting in my kitchen with awesome LED lighting. The new lights are so much nicer and brighter, but I can also dim as needed! Keith Johnson provided great idea to conserve energy and improve lighting! Best price available, too!

They made a minor a mistake in calculating their time spent, but I called a Mr. Johnson who was very cooperative and made the adjustment on my bill. No hassle. I will call them again for another round of electrical tasks.
Description of Work: Recent major renovation to my old home left several minor touch-up items. Contractor installed exterior lights, interior wall outlets, halogen kitchen cabinet lamp. Repaired ''dead'' wall switches.

All work performed quickly and effectively. Would have preferred a clean saw-cut of driveway and re-pour concrete rather than jack-hammer leaving open trench. But all in all good work and value.
Description of Work: Install two dual exterior gfi outlets and tie in to one meter for four unit apt. to power landscape lighting. Install two grounded electrical outlets in kitchen and bedroom. Troubleshoot and repair interior light switching problem.

What a relief these people were to find after hunting a month for recommended service, and I wouldn't have without using Angie's List!
