They were really good. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were easy on the eyes, too!

The owner (Keith, I think he said) came out about an hour after I first called for an estimate. The work was done the next day. Keith is a really nice, local guy, had a very simple, easy-to-understand pricing system, gave me some good suggestions on the exterior lighting and took $100 off when I mentioned Angie's. The workman spent about 6 hours on the installation and had a trainee with him who cleaned up. The workman was very responsive about fixing a slight problem which was my fault (Keith had suggested the light sockets point up but I thought they should point down and when they were partially installed I could see Keith had been right.) It was a bit more expensive than I would have expected but overall it was a good experience and I'm very happy with the results.

They did good work. They showed up on time and when they were supposed to. The only thing that I did not like is that I had them give me a bid to rewire the whole house and it wasn't itemized enough for me. I like my requisitions or contracts very detailed, but unfortunately most people don't do that. It did not take long to get them scheduled to come out. They were very clean and cleaned up after themselves.

This is the best contracting experience we have ever had. They were on time, on budget, had good attention to detail and never complained about tight crawl spaces, working under the house, etc. We had six electricians look at the job (only three submitted bids), and the price was about $2,000 less than another reputable electrician. This recommendation alone was worth the cost of the Angie's list subscription.

We were unimpressed when he showed up. He was curt and acted as though we were putting him out asking him for an estimate. Rather than being helpful, he just asked us what we wanted him to write down and he did so.

The over-the-phone estimate was 2 to 3 hrs. It took them 4 hrs. They arrived on time and were courteous but did just an ok job. We hired them based on Angie's List reviews but we did not have the same experience. There was a communication problem and they incorrectly assumed that my 2-year daughter's room was getting one of the fans and went in to her room and removed her ceiling light and smoke detector. They did re-install once we told them. They also installed one of the fans without looking in the manufacturer's box; they said that the light bulb was not included but we found it in the box once they left. They also screwed the light cap on so tightly that we cannot get it off. They left a bit of a mess in both rooms as well.

They were very efficient. They did their work, in and out in a brief period. Very reasonable in terms of cost.

Job 1: It took 2 workers about 2 1/2 hours for the entire job. They were polite, professional, and helpful, and did everything we told them to do, but you have to monitor the work if you want it done right (like making sure the fan is balanced, etc.). Job 2: We had set up an appointment the week before, but they did not have us in their schedule. However, they tried to accommodate us and sent out someone the day after we had the work scheduled since it was somewhat urgent.

The owner was very unprofessional. I had given him a very detailed list as to what I wanted done and what order to do it in. He brushed that aside and wanted to do it in his order, which ended up costing me extra money in the long run. I am not happy with them at all!

The electricians were great. Very efficient and unobtrusive. I thought the price was fair and they were very polite. The one thing I might mention is that I did redo the plaster on the wall where they installed the under counter light. It needed a netting and plaster not just plaster - but I will hire them again.

I think that there was a little bit of miscommunication in the beginning on the work that needed to be done versus the work they were willing to do. In the end, it all worked out though. I was happy with the completed job.

I really like this company and I will use them again. They were very nice to me, prompt, and they did a great job. They charge by the hour and they worked for about 1 hour. I was shocked with the price they charged me. I thought it was very cheap.

They showed up on time and did a great job. The worker was very nice and gave me options to choose from on how he would install the outlets. He started working about 5 minutes after he got there and it only took him about 45 minutes to finish.

Job 1: Mr. Johnson and his assistant arrived on time, assessed the problem and had it solved in mere minutes. Everything happened so quickly, that's about all that can be said except that Mr. Johnson is very pleasant, as is his assistant, both very business-like and tidy. I intend to hire them for another job and intend to recommend them to others. Job 2: See above. Superb results - and I'm picky. This job turned out to be a lot more difficult than I had any idea of - the two electricians just put their noses down, figured it out, and got it done.

Everything went great. The 2 man crew showed up on time, walked me through what they planned to do, and listened patiently to my questions. Since my house has 50 year old Venetian plaster walls, I am very cautious of any cutting, but they were very careful and installed the outlet perfectly.

Just having an electrician show up and give me a quote took me MONTHS of on-again, off-again searching. There were literally half a dozen contractors wandering through my house, taking notes, and never generating a quote. Keith Johnson took the same guided house tour, but remarkably turned around a gave me a quote on the spot. Amazing. What was even more incredible, his two-man crew showed up on time, did the work, cleaned up, and didn't break anything and got stuff done in a lot less time than I had anticipated. Eureka!!! (Who says miracles can't happen?)

EXCELLENT!!! The company sent two service men the same day I phoned. They were hard working, professional, friendly and the charged a very fair price for work done. We have an old (1930) house and will use Johnson Electric for all of our electrical needs.

I phoned and got a live voice on the first call. After that, it became distressing. I was asked to then call back with the voltage reading on our electrical box to be sure the outlet could work. I returned the call and set the date and time to be installed. When hanging up, they said it would be convenient to call back with the type of outlet this would be (this was for a dryer and he was trying to see which kind of materials to bring). I called the night before our set date, left a message confirming the appointment and clarifying the outlet type. He was a no show the next day. When I called to find out why he didn't come, he said he called twice and left messages and did not come because he was waiting to hear what kind of outlet we needed. The appointment was NEVER contingent on my saying what kind of outlet was necessary, only that it would be helpful. We never received a single call from him. Rude and dismissive. Too much back and forth. Too disorganized. No thanks.

Had several electrical companies bid. Some of the bids were so outrageous with hidden costs and ridiculous add-ons, we began to reconsider doing the work at all. Then, Keith @ Johnson Electric, came in and did such a thorough bid that we decided to go with his company. They were able to take our project very quickly. His workers were great, communicated effectively, cleaned up after themselves as well as possible (this was a big, messy job). It took a little longer than the original timetable, but Keith was great about staying in touch and even came back after several weeks to install custom sconces we ordered. The work overall was very professional and good quality. They were very considerate of the occupants in both units and we are quite happy with the results.

After initial misstep in scheduling, it was fantastic. Keith failed to record initial appointment, but when I called to confirm he apologized and rescheduled for three days later. Pedro and Miquel showed up within the time window (1 p.m. to 3 p.m.). Polite, not great English-speakers, but super problem-solvers for my challenging problems. My 80 year old, multi-story house is in the hills; required climbing up and down just for access trying to trace old, dead and current lines. They did a great job. I couldn't be more happy!

Showed up on time for the estimate. Was very professional and quickly scheduled the repair for the next day.

Keith and his workers were fantastic. I would highly recommend him anytime.

We needed to do the work quickly (electrical had to come before painting, floors, etc...). Keith was at our house the day I called for an estimate and work started a few days later. The guys did a great job over all and worked really hard. We didn't notice until later, but they left a hole where one old socket used to be and left some paint splotches on the outside of the house, but overall, the work was clean, well done and very professional. It took them a few days longer to finish that Keith estimated, but that didn't hold up our process at all. I would definitely recommend Johnson Electric.

The two men that the company sent were very nice and helpful. They knew what they were doing, and fixed all the problems very quickly. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work involved.

Great. He came on time, gave me the estimate, performed the work and my tankless water heater works. He was professional, competent and polite.
