Description of Work: Fixed an old electrical panel. We chose a more cost-effective route, which worked, until something else got messed up (not at all related to Keith's work). Instead of charging us to come out and fix it, he actually walked us through what we needed to buy and how to install the new part on our own. That made it fast and super cheap. He didn't have to do it, but he did. THANK YOU!

Description of Work: This is actually a really good electrician, who did the wiring for the reconstruction on our garage. The old wiring was from the 1930s, and so had to be completely re-done. The garage is also some distance from the house, down a hill, making the potential cost for running wires much greater. What didn't go so well was the sub-contractor hired to dig the trenches and finish pulling the wiring. Mr. Johnson left while the guy was digging the trenches, and the worker took the opportunity to run a long section of the wires along a concrete drainage channel, which he then covered with dirt. Mr. Johnson finished the job, not being able to tell what had happened. The wires run through the concrete drain channel were discovered soon after by us. Mr. Johnson was deeply apologetic and had the wires re-trenched in an actual trench, and the job completed to his- and our satisfaction. If using this Electrician, I recommend Mr. Johnson. Just keep an eye on his paid workers, or better yet ensure that he does. At the end we have wiring that is well done and works perfectly (and is safely encased in waterproof conduit), for a great price.

Description of Work: Outlet wasn't working and another light switch flickering. They came out, diagnosed and fixed promptly and cleanly. Explained everything very well.

Description of Work: Replaced obsolete failed circuit breaker & installed outdoor motion sensor light. Responded promptly and found part that is no longer manufactured. Very satisfied & will use again.

Description of Work: I called them based on the positive reports here and we agreed they would come out for troubleshooting on a certain day and time, which I took off a work day to be home for them. The person I talked to (owner?) was very abrupt and unprofessional, which I looked past based on the good reports here. Even though I talked to them again the afternoon on the day before, they never called never showed.

Description of Work: They did odd electric jobs.

Description of Work: My breaker did not turn on after shutting down for an overload. The breaker was defective and the electricians spotted the problem immediately and fixed it. They gave me some advice regarding other electrical projects re time and cost. I was very happy with their responses and their work.

Description of Work: 1. Replace a circuit breaker that was tripping frequently. 2. Provide power to two bathroom outlets that were not powered (because of 1) 3. Replace switches in 2 ceiling fans so they now operate properly

Description of Work: They came and repaired the electric in the bathroom and living room of the apartment.
