Description of Work: Last time I heard from Switched Electric (after multiple follow-ups from my end) was "Keiko, I'll get you scheduled." via email on 5/2/2016. No follow-ups since then.

Description of Work: This was listed as $99 for ceiling fan installation, but in fact it was much more than that. I would prefer the service provider not low ball and then charge twice as much to the cost. I'd prefer a real deal: for example $200 or $175 for ceiling fan installation and don't charge any more. Honor the $200 or $175. This was not the case with the $99 deal for ceiling fan installation. Total cost came to $228. So I don't feel I got a deal at all. ALSO, don't ask for ""requested dates"", they are unrealistic. This service provider was not able to get to me until 6 weeks after I purchased the deal just to give me an estimate. And then had to come back 3 weeks later for the install only to not have enough time so rescheduled again. This deal took from start to finish 3 1/2 months to complete. So I was not terribly happy with that. I must say, the service provider was extremely knowledgeable. He was courteous and prompt. The work appears to be really good work. But am giving a ""B"" because it took so long to complete my installation.

Description of Work: I signed up for the whole house electrical check, and also asked Seth to replace a broken light switch and an outdoor light fixture. He was friendly, professional, and well organized. He gave me a rundown of my electrical system throughout the house, including things to watch for in the future. I am still waiting to receive the promised follow-up with all of this in writing (I'm thinking it got held up by the Thanksgiving holidays)

Description of Work: Seth did a great job. Even though there were a few speed bumps he completed the job and it looks great.

Description of Work: The provider e-mailed me through Angie's that they could not perform the job on the three different dates I requested and asked for my contact info. I replied and provided my telephone number but that was about a month ago and have not heard from the provider. I have disputed this transaction with my credit company and would like my money back. I would not want to work with this vendor any longer if they conduct their business this way.

Description of Work: They checked all of my electrical throughout my house and later sent me an estimate of how much it would cost to repair it.

Description of Work: They did a whole house inspection and actually advised me that the Big Deal I originally purchased through them was too much of a price for what I needed done so they offered a different deal for a lower rate. I appreciate that the company was able to notify me of this and not take advantage as well.

Description of Work: It is a surprise to the family to find out the garage freezer is not running properly. So,it is important to get a service call to local electrician to fix the problem immediately. I emailed the local electrical contractor,Los Banos,CA, ( Easter Morning 04/24/2011 ), and got a phone call later to determine if the problem could be fixed via communication by phone. And sure enough Seth Silbough ( Business Owner ), was able to determine a solution/and/fix, without a service call. I am of course most pleased that a service call,and possible cost, was not needed. Thank you Seth !
