Description of Work: "Mike" showed up on time and was very pleasant. I had an appointment for an estimate only and was intending to buy the pieces myself but he said they were too old and not available and that he had the same things in his truck. He installed them and did an excellent job. My only regret is that I did not hold out for the nicer pieces I had researched on line but that was my problem as I should have stuck to my original plan. No regrets as to the service at all.

Description of Work: Replaced a shower valve in the Master bedroom. The tech, Vince, was very professional. He took his time to explain the issue and what he needed to do to resolve the problem. I would be happy to have the Plumbers Connection team back to the house.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $49.00 for a water heater flush and whole house plumbing inspection. They suggested replacing the washing machine valve and we did have them do that.

Description of Work: Garry is a honest guy that I would definitely do business with in the future. He came to my house for a leak problem I had. He accessed the situation and told me it was likely due to lack of caulking. He could have easily told me he needed to cut into the wall and ceiling to charge me more but instead he told me to try caulking first and call him if it didn't work.

Description of Work: Unstopped toilet in one bath. Unstopped sink in another bath. Replaced valve in second bath to stop leakage and resolve handle sticking problem. It went well. They could see how cautious I was about my carpet so they used sleeves to cover their shoes. Michael showed his expertise as he attempted to train another worker with him. They finished in a timely manner and I was pleased with their work. I will use they again.
