Very prompt response from the company and courteous plumber. But the job had to be remediated due to a poor installation. We had our 18 year old hot water heater replaced... rather than removing the old shutoff valve, the plumber made the decision to leave that old valve on the line and install a second valve 2” away. No surprise the old valve, not having been touched in 18 years, started to leak that very night. When I talked to the plumber about it, he explained the old valve was very close to the wall and replacing it might involve cutting into the wall. So he thought I’d prefer to leave the old valve in place... without discussing my options with me, he thought I’d prefer to leave an old, unnecessary, part, on the berge of failure, on a pressurized line. He did come back and corrected the installation, which appears to be a quality remediation. Nonetheless, it was a very poor judgment on his part and if the leak hadn’t been so obvious, I shutter to think how much damage this judgment item could have caused! I also think it was in poor form for the company to send back the same plumber, (who they later told me was new to the company) rather than a supervisor. I do give credit, the company was quick to respond and called to ensure I was satisfied. But I couldn’t in good faith recommend to a friend.

I requested same day visit. They were able to get a plumber to my house on the same day. After removing my old toilet, they found that the toilet flange (bolts toilet to floor) had corroded, and that the job required more than a simple gasket replacement. The original quote went from $185 to $1200. Also, they stated that they would have to break up the tile and I would have to retile. $1200 seemed high and I wasnt looking forward to the floor damage and tile repair - I called another plumber. The new plumber fixed the problem same day, no tile needed to be removed. Final price $600.

We had a clog that backed up into the house. Adrian came by and saw that we needed our septic tank pumped out. He suggested a company, California Septic who turned out really good. The clog was still there after the tank was emptied, it did need to be emptied. Jr came out on a Saturday but unfortunately the rain had made it not safe to get on the roof and snake the vent. Jr assured me that they would come back on Monday morning. Jr and Adrian came when they said they would and tried to snake the vent. The clog was to solid for the snake. They came back and finished the job with the hydro-jet later that afternoon, We were even able the see the hose get all the away to the tank itself. Jr and Adrian were great and professional even with my dumb jokes. I would recommend both these guys to my friends.

Called twice and received promises to call back but never got a call. Guess they didn't need my business.

Mostly well. They couldn't get the pipes cleaned out properly because of years of sludge buildup. So they came back to hydro-jet the pipes. Expensive, but it worked.

My original call was handled politely and the on-site tech was on-time, courteous and professional. The fix was completed successfully and took about 2 hours from when he arrived thru completion.

They have been fine. We didn’t have any problems with it.

Zach arrived right at the start of the two hour window I was given after he called 20 minutes earlier. He sized up the problem, quickly located the problem under the house, and went right to the repair. Total time about 1:30. Zach was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The price seemed fair for the service.

He went out of his way to assist. He actually cut some of the fees of and gave me a discount. That was excellent.

First, The Plumber's Connection provided an awesome service at an awesome price. I had called another local plumber that I found on Yelp (Doc Joe's). I scheduled an appointment, took the day off and the Doc Joe Plumber guy never arrived. This wasnt the first time I had called a Plumber and never got a response back. I also called Collier and left a message and they never called back. I decided to use Angie's list to find a local highly rated service. I chose The Plumbers Connection. I called them and they were willing to come immediately. However, I scheduled them for the following day. They arrived exactly when they said they would arrive. They fixed both of my problems quickly. Zac, the service technician was extremely professional and personable. He's the kind a guy I would want working for me. If you live anywhere in my area and you need a reliable and fair priced plumber, I super highly recommend The Plumbers Connection. They are now on my permanent 'call list".

We were in the middle of a complete re-pipe when a couple of unexpected issues were discovered. I found The Plumbers Connection on Angie's List and they were able to accommodate me with an appointment in less than 24 hours. Mike was the technician that showed up and I cannot remember EVER receiving such professional and competent service. Mike quickly identified and repaired the problem, extracted a foot of water that had accumulated, and then took care of a couple of other minor repairs while he was here. I really cannot say enough about him, Mike even told me that he would complete one of my repair requests if I insisted but that it was unnecessary and he explained to me why. You can believe all of the reviews and the Angie's List ratings, this company is honest, very reasonably priced, and knowledgeable! Very professional, showed up on time, provided me with a reasonable quote and completed all work including 1 extra task for me within 2 hours as promised.

The plumber localized the problem in made minimal opening in wall to make the repair. This was a house I was selling. It contained old galvanized pipes. He made the repairs in minimal time and patched the wall so it was hardly visible at a very reasonable price. I will definately hire these guys again.

We had another company scheduled to unclog our drain (snake the line) before a holiday weekend, and they didn't show up. So I called The Plumbers Connection at about 1:30pm on Friday, and they were here by 3:00. Service was quick and solved our problem, an the office was very friendly and anxious to help when I called. Very happy with the service.

Got number from Angie's List, called them, they set the appointment and gave us an hour window. They arrived within that time frame, Finished the job, cleaned around the work area and all was good...

Very good and prompt service

This is the second time I have used The Plumbers Connection because the job The Plumbers Connection did the first time was excellent. The technician assessed the problem in the kitchen and repaired a leak and flushed the water heater. I was again pleased with the professionalism of this company.

I ordered this service thinking I was in their service area, they contacted me within a half hour, said I was over 50 miles outside their area, so could not honor the order. They were very polite and professional. I since then found a plumber in my area, and had to replace the water heater.

He responded quickly. He was polite and curtious. He said that I was out of his service area. I had to call another company, and they came. I ended up having the whole water heater replaced.
