The Plumbers Connection

I called because I needed a plumber right away to fix a shower head that would not shut-off. The Plumbers Connection came out in an hour and had it repaired in less than an hour. The shower head had a wrong part which The Plumbers Connection replaced, and it has been working just fine ever since. The Plumbers Connection came on time and fixed the problem in a prompt and professional manner. I would definitely use them again, and I would be happy to recommend them to others.

They were fast to respond to my call for service, and provided an honest assessment of the project at hand. They even provided us with options on how to repair the problem. I was impressed with the service provided. The repair did not take long at all.

The Plumbers Connection was responsive when I submitted an inquiry about a leaky water heater. They texted me to confirm the appointment time and showed up promptly when scheduled. That part was all good. What's maddening is that they determined that my water heater needed to be replaced rather than simply repaired, and since they only have one guy that works on Saturdays, they couldn't do a full replacement. The plumber who came to my house told me that I'd need to schedule an appointment during the week for that type of work, which isn't possible with my work schedule. Had I known that they were so short-staffed on Saturdays, I would have simply gone to the next plumber on the list. I am extremely frustrated that I wasted an opportunity to get this work done by relying on a company that is understaffed.

They first came out to my house so that they could give me a realistic quote on the work (this helped ensure that there were no costly surprises which had happened to me in the past). Joe was very personable and took a look at everything I asked him to. We agreed on the price and set up the appointment for him to come back to complete the work. I ran into some delays in construction and had to reschedule. I was afraid this would be a problem as it was the day before they were due to my house, but they were very accommodating and able to find me another time that was not to far off that worked better. This was very helpful as I was already dealing with a stressful situation. On the day work was to start, I received communication from Joe and he started work just when he said he would. He communicated clearly and there were no misunderstandings (which I owe to his experience and character). I came home to see all of the work that he completed and it was flawless. I am 100% confident in the quality of Joe's work and also his honest assessment of what needed to be done. At every step of the way, Joe kept his word and did what he said he would do. As someone who has dealt with contractor upon contractor with no follow-through or commitment (unless it's to pick up a payment), Joe and The Plumbers Connection are outstanding. I will use them for all of my future plumbing issues because I know I can trust them to give me a fair price and do quality work. Really nice people.

I called Plumbers Connection late in the afternoon and they responded the next morning to check a leaking solar water storage tank. Technician Gary checked the problem and advised me that it was just an old leaky pressure relief value which he could replace immediately.I was extremely happy with the cost of the service and job performed. I had a clogged faucet in the guest bathroom of a house that I am selling. The house was built in the late fifties and has the original galvanized pipes. I called the Plumbers Connection on Saturday and they were able to come out on Monday for an estimate. The estimate was fair so they did the work the following day. They were able to replace the section of pipe that was clogged and charge me the low end of the estimate. They were very honest about the job and the possible problems that could have happened during the repair but luckily didn't. They did an excellent job, we're very professional and I will definitely use them again.

It went well. Water heaters collect junk from hard water circulationg through these. Periodically, these should be drained. He helped us do that. Mr. Garcia was punctual, very professional, courteous and identified plumbing issues to pursue later. I hope to use him in the future.

A bolt in the base of our toilet bowl became loose, leading to an unstable toilet bowl base. This was fixed without too much trouble, but the water came out of the base of the toilet bowl after each flush. I had to call them back and an additional beeswax covering to seal the connection between the toilet bowl and the piping had to be done. Afterwards, I have not seen any leaks.

called plumber arrvied on time the next day, gave us a quote and explained and showed us the problem. Very good price for all the work that needed to be completed. Came back the next two days and did all work promised even advised we could get a coupon from angies list. We will be using this company for all of our future plumbing needs! great company

I ran a load of wash, left, and when I returned home there was water running down my driveway. The washer drain had backed up, overflowed, and flooded the entire garage. This caused the kitchen sink to also back up. I called The Plumbers Connection at 7:45, and Albert was at my door at 8:20. He ran a cable through the kitchen sink and then through the sink in the garage. He ran water down through each sink, cleaned up the oil slick from the kitchen drain, and was finished by 9:00. I have used this company several times, and they are true professionals. Their costs are always reasonable, they are always on time, and they are very meticulous when it is time to clean up. This is a great company!!

The plumber was on time, knowledgable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue accurately and quickly. He was terrific.

I was very happy with quality and professionalism that Gary and his assistant brought to this job. They cleared up the water heater problem quickly. He took care of a separate problem related to very slow hot water in the kitchen. He gave me a choice of buying my own new faucet for the kitchen or using one he had in stock on his truck. The price he quoted for the faucet that he had was very fair so I went with it and the job (replacing the faucet and some of the pipes and valves) was finished that day. I expect to have him back in the summer to work on some problems that were identified during the whole hose inspection.

What started out as a simple water heater replacement became a major much needed repair. Electricians were called in because of previous improper installation of water heater. As the scope of the project expanded, they reluctantly asked if they could finish the project the next day, as other customers with more emergent problems needed them. I was more than happy to accommodate them. The project was challenging to say the least, but they informed me of every new problem and explained the remedy from start to finish. I still don't know how they did it. I will never use another plumber. Incomparable. Other "plumbers" should work for them for an extended apprenticeship so they can learn how to do it right.

Showed up 2 hours late. Fixed the faucets. over-charged. Provided an estimate for other work, with highly inflated parts prices.

They were prompt and professional. Two men came out and it only took a couple of hours to repair. We were very satisfied with the service.

I found this company on Angies List as I have grown accustomed to quality services based upon the reviews - Once again i wasn't disappointed. We moved into a house and part of the sales agreement was an all home warranty with Old Republic. I contacted Old Republic and after a week of non responsiveness was sent a "repair" person that was unprofessional and just wanted to drill holes in my granite. I immediately got on Angies list and found this group. They responded within a day. The person who came out immediately diagnosed the isue and fixed it so that it would no longer be a problem. He also checked a screeching sound in the bathroom and a clogged sink - He advised me to fix the slow draining sink with some simple green as it was a soap issue - He also diagnosed the screeching faucet and I will have this company return to fix as soon as I find the matching part. When I asked how much the service fee was he said nothing because he didn't felt that he had done anything. To me he did a lot - He was professional, timely and helped me understand what was going on. I can assure you that I will never contac any other plumbing company - their card is now in my file as the plumber to call when the need arises. The funny thing is that while I don't want to spend money fixing things, I will gladly give them my business and refer them to friends when the need arises. A very small task on their part has turned me into a loyal customer.

I have a clogged toilet and an antique water heater that was about to fall through the floor. initially, Joe was running late but called and gave an explanation and arrived at the new time. The house is very old and has a number of problems, Joe was very up front and direct, in giving options and potential problems that could result. I felt I was fully informed, and consent was obtained each step of the way. He was very courteous and polite. Arranged for a carpenter to come in for that aspect of the job. So far I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and the price is reasonable. The job is not yet completed, but so far all is going well. I will write another review when the job is completed.

When he was here he also checked my plumbing to make sure all my pipes were clear. He was professional and friendly the only problem I had with him was he didn't do a follow up like he said he would

The Plumbers Connection were fantastic. He called and asked if he could come in early and then he was right on time. He started on the kitchen and the laundry room and those were done and then he worked in the bathroom and he kept trying and trying to look for the blockage which he finally found way back there and he had given me an estimation of how much it was going to cost but it took him much more time than normal and he did not raise the price at all. I even sent him to other people. When I walked into the bathroom, it was a mess. He was sitting on the floor and he had all this junk out and I thought Oh my God and there was no way you could tell that he had been in there after he left. He had cleaned up perfectly and he even gave me the little square plastic things that were blocking it and I said no so he said he would want to keep them as a souvenir as he had never seen anything like this before, he was very professional and very thorough. He did not give up and he was there a very long time.

I just had a great experience with Plumbers connection and some sewer repair. My old cast iron sewer pipes were rotting away under my house, and they replaced all the old pipe with modern ABS plastic. They were the only plumber I called that did a thorough inspection before they gave me an estimate and they ended up having the best price. Anthony and his assistant got the job done in a day and even caught a bad connection on some pipe they weren't working on and fixed it right away. I was highly impressed with all the work they did and would not hesitate to use them again. I can now use my sewer without fear of problems.
