Mr. Katz phoned day ahead, he would be at my home between 12N-2pm, he came about 12-12:30pm. He did many things to remove virus & speed-up computer, spent more more than the one hour special I had purchased from Angie's list, working on trying to fix the problems. Meanwhile he kept receiving phone calls from other customers needing support, which he did so,giving instructions to the callers. (I did not mind it, this showed me that he cares about his customers & is willing to "go the extra mile"- which in this day & age hard to find that excellent customer service). But my computer is too old & he could not fix it completely, but at least give me enough time to shop for a new one. Also, not being computer-literate,I asked many questions & he responded to my concerns.Finally after spending more time trying to fix my computer & responding to other customers concerns, I felt guilty (keeping him from making other home visits), so I informed him I would continue the work he started to allow him to service other customers. I highly recommend Mr Katz.

Louis made 3 house calls in an effort to try and revive my old computer.Spent his own money on equipment that he thought might help. Unfortunately it was beyond repair. And since he couldn't fix it, HE DIDN'T WANT TO CHARGE ME! That's unheard of these days! GREAT customer service! So naturally, when I bought a new computer, Louis was the man to install it..I highly recommend Technolene for all your computer-related issues. Thanks a lot, Louis!!!

He is very effective, efficient, and good, but they are pricy.

They are a very high end operation. They did good service for me. They were very professional. They were probably more than I could afford as a private individual with a simple system. He gave me great advice and didn’t recommend any services that were unnecessary. He is a very nice guy.

He is a good guy. I feel very confident in him. The services are a little pricy. I got his name from a neighbor who had really liked him. He is very accommodating and I call him whenever I need him. He will call you right back and he will come out quickly if he needs to.

When I contacted Louis I got his voice mail. I left him a message giving him my contact information. He responded back immediately. We discussed the problems I was having and he decided it would be best if he did an at home visit. I then asked him if he thought the problems could be fixed in the hours worth of time that was part of the big deal. He told me he thought it would take more that an hour and I responded that I didn't have the extra funds to pay for more time. We discussed this a bit and decided that I would want to get a refund from Angie's List and put the money towards having someone else work on my computer. He then called my back and told me he might be able to work with me over the phone doing a remote assist and he could let me know in 15 minutes if he could help me or not. We tried that but the problems with my computer did not allow that to happen and he spent more than 15 minutes with me trying a few different things. He again let me know that it would be better if he could come see the computer. When he came to my house he was able to fix my computer removing the problems and downloaded a program to my computer showing me how to do it for myself if I had the same problem again. He went above and beyond the hours worth of time I paid for. I was very impressed with his knowledge and would definitely would use him again.I highly recommend him to others.

Louis came out and ran a diagnostic on my computer, confirmed operation of my DVD drive, fixed a problem preventing security updates and gave me relevant advice on ongoing care for my computer. It went very well. Louis came out right on time and took the time understand my situation entirely. He explained that my computer, which is very old, was missing certain programs that it needs. However, in the interest of keeping costs down, as I will be purchasing a new unit in the future, we decided to fix the most pressing issues first. Louis was personable, knowledgable and had my best interest at heart. It was a great experience.

The experience was pleasant. I have 2 large dogs and many men have been reluctant to com into the house. Lewis had no problems with them. He came, went to the equipment, found the problem and fixed it. I also had a problem with my fax machine and he fixed it. He put the computer, laptop, printer and ipad into wireless system.

I was very happy with the service I received from Louis. He was very honest and professional in his service. I would definitely use his services again, and highly recommend him. My PC is working much more efficiently .

Although we had Apple's 1:1 service, the techs and geniuses at the Apple Store said they wouldn't be able to successfully transfer data from our old MacBook Pro to our new one. Louis from Technolene came to our house (on time), quickly assessed the situation, and transferred all the old files. It was fast; it was simple. It was clear he knew more that than techs at the Apple Store! While he was doing that, he gave us a very useful mini-tutorial on several aspects of OSX. His fee was money well-spent and true to his original estimate.

He arrived on time....dealt with 5 or 6 different issues (computer and Kindle Fire) and solved ALL the problems...he is a super computer guy and well worth his fees...I will absolutely call on him next time a need a computer guy!!!..C in Monrovia, CA

Louis is always punctual, returns calls within the hour, and doesn't make me wait long for an appointment. He usually comes by the same day if it's critical, or a day or two later if it's not urgent. He's pleasant, patient, and always makes me feel calm even when I'm freaking out. Even when there was no hope for my old computer and the screen was cracking and the wires starting to show, he made me feel better by helping me sort out purchasing a new one.

The job was done in a timely manner and response time was fantastic, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased.

I called Louis the day before my appointment and he showed up a few minutes early the next day. He, without wasting any time, went to work on finding the problems that I had described and with a matter of minutes fixed them all. He also showed me how to avoid these kinds of bugs and problems in the future. And proceeded to (without charging me for the time) checked out all my other programs, which are many, and made sure that they were clean and functional. I've known and used Louis at Technolene for over a decade, and I couldn't run my business without his computer care and dependability. I highly recommend Louis to anyone in need of computer care.
