A+ Lastest break down of our dedicated internal point of purchase system happened Friday at closing. Louis met me at 8 am Saturday, solved the issue and showed me how to if there is a next time.

I got a new computer and I wanted it to replace my old computer. I needed everything transferred over. I thought it would be a simple task. It wasn't though and we ended up in overtime. In the end, it wasn't up to my standards in terms of logging in and other features. I had to reset it myself and that took quite a bit of time. I feel the communication could have been better. I didn't feel they cared about meeting my needs and expectations fully.

He said he couldn't do the kind of work I needed, which was hardware. He specializes in software, so I'm getting a refund. He gave me the name of another company that could help me.

Louis was at my office one hour after I called him 8:30am. He found the problem - dead modem. Ran out and purchased a new one. And installed it and synched it up to my computer and iPads. He was fast, reliable, and a pleasure to be with while he worked. Answered all my questions pleasantly and even charged me for less time than he actually spent. I've known and used Louis/Technolene for nine years and NEVER been disappointed!

arrived on time and stayed for a couple hours. only charged for one. answered a number of questions we posed him. very knowledgeable. Louis downloaded a couple of packages to clean up ads, look for viruses and malware. the computer was barely functional when he got there and was running better when he left. he did advise we should get a upgraded computer.

This guy was good. He arrived at the time he said he would. He listened to my complaints with the computer and then he proceeded to repair, update, upgrade, and reconfigure my unit to where it is operating much better than before. He showed me how to back-up my internal hard drive's files to an external hard drive. The only thing he couldn't do was resurrect a dead external hard drive. I was very pleased with his work.

Provider was very responsive to find a suitable appointment time (we had to reschedule twice). He arrived fairly punctual within the timeframe that he had promised. Got to work right away and found the perfect way to get the computer up and running again, without having to do a factory reset which would have required a lot of follow-up work on our end. My wife was pleased with the results and we would contact him again, if we run into other computer issues

He was a good guy. He fixed everything. There were no additional charges to the big deal. In fact, something was not working because I did not have some components. He came back and did not charge me at all. This was the first time I used him. He was prompt. He was very thorough and analytical like most computer guys are. He set everything up, made sure that it worked before he left, and told me what I needed to do in order to complete the job. I think the price was fair.

I wasn't completely satisfied. There were problems with my computer after he serviced it, but he did come back and did not charge me. I was happy for that, but I never felt that the problems were resolved. I think my husband was a bit happier with his hour of service, but it was a different computer. He was here more than an hour and didn't charge me for the extra time, so some things were great. My computer is old and slow anyway, but I had a few other problems that I didn't have. Something happened to my Gmail after he serviced it the first time which had never happened before, so I called him back. I had fixed it by the time he came back, but then I started getting random ad audio that came up without a popup and he couldn't figure out where it was coming from. At various times an ad would start speaking and there's nothing on the screen, so I just keep my volume down because he's never fixed it. He was a nice enough guy and I felt like he spent a good amount of time here. I was happy that he did not charge me when he came back the second time, but I felt at the end that not much was different about my computer and he didn't really know what this random ad audio was about. My internet had different problems and kept saying,"Navigation Canceled," when I just brought up a new site. It then would go to the site eventually, so it was just sort of odd things that were new that I didn't have before. They're not awful, but they are a little bit annoying and I certainly can work around them. I thought I would have a cleaner and faster computer when he was done, but it didn't exactly turn out that way. When my husband contacted him he was very good about making the appointment and came quickly. I think I took maybe three weeks later to call him and he was good with servicing the appointment. He was fast about it. He got the time a bit mixed up and he ended up being an hour early the first time, but then he lives pretty close to us. When I called him to come back he came right away and on the same day. I thought he was very professional in his promptness, spending more than an hour here, and not charging the first time for more than the hour, but the bottom line was that my computer didn't seem all that different to me. I was grateful that he came back because I was worried that he would charge me because I had new problems, but he said he guarantees his work and I thought that was very professional. My computer is old and he said basically that I really needed a new one, which I kind of thought anyway and it confirmed that, but for what service he performed I guess it was good to know that I had no malware or spyware and no viruses. These couple of odd problems that popped up afterwards I didn't understand why they occurred when I didn't have them before. I thought it was a cheap deal for an hour and seemed pretty reasonable.

Mr. Katz was excellent in every way and I would use him again any time. My Mac was having access problems to the internet because of interference from pop-ups, and he rebooted it and "cleaned it up" solving this difficulty and, perhaps, adding a bit of speed to its operations. Additionally, he cleared up questions I had about scanning items via my new printer. Although he was very clear in helping me understand this, and I DID understand it, I should have taken a few notes as I had to work through it the next time I used it. This was in no way Mr. Katz's fault. He speaks with clarity, repeats anything he is asked to repeat and clears up any information that is not understood. My wife was having trouble accessing our wireless service and had misplaced her password for the same. Problems solved. She was also having difficulty with her access to the Internet cutting out as she worked. He alerted us to the possible negative effects microwave ovens and fluorescent lights can have on wireless operations and subsequent use proved that these were indeed part of her problem. Mr. Katz also suggested moving the router to a more open location, and this improved its operation. He said that we might need a more powerful router but suggested we try his suggested fixes first. they worked. When I thanked him he pointed out that we still had ten minutes left and gave us additional support. Relative to punctuality, Mr. Katz called well in advance to say he would be delayed, suggested an alternate time which we agreed to and he arrived promptly at that time. On top of all of this he was friendly and personable.

The service was excellent. He was on time and was efficient. He was also very knowledgeable and was very willing to help me out over the phone for a follow up.
