The technician diagnosed the problem immediately upon seeing the leaky valve and quoted me a price. He even advised that if I wanted to save money, I could buy my own parts and he would install them. Very honest and reliable service. I would definitely use their service in the future.

 + -1 moreMy son did some tile work in the bath room that connects to my walk-in closet. when ever he took a shower, I ended up with a bad puddle in my closet. I did not know this and it ended molding my carpet. First I thought we were going to have to go through the slab of foundation to fix it. But Tony's Plumbing found the problem and fixed it, in about 2 1/2 hrs. Thank you so much.

They found out that there was a 5inch root in a 4 inch pipe so they removed the pipe from the curb to the house which was about 20ft and wanted to remove the floor in the house and continue but I convinced them not to because I already thought they were expensive.
Description of Work: I used Tony's Plumbing Service. We had a sewer line clogged at one of our rental properties and they fixed it.

 + -1 moreThis happened when it seems like everyone had broken pipes from the freeze so plumbers were in great demand. We were seen the next morning, a Saturday, and were NOT charged extra because it was the weekend. The pipes were old and had to be replaced. The job took a couple of hours. We are very pleased and will call Tony's Plumbing again..
Description of Work: Had a leak under the kitchen sink in a spot near the wall so we couldn't even put a pan under it.

 + -1 moreRobin explained clearly what he was doing and made sure I understood what the problem was before and after making repairs. What I thought would require a whole new bathroom/shower, only took careful examination and a replacement of a small part.
Description of Work: Had leak in shower that flowed into downstairs closet. I opened the ceiling and I thought it was an extensive repair, so I called Tony's plumbing. Robin Jarrett answered the phone can understood that it was an emergency and came right over. Robin found that an improperly installed bathtub shower downspout was shooting water back into the wall causing it to leak downstairs. He supplied a new downspout and the shower-tub has not leaked since.

 + 0 moreThe service went very well and very fast. The job took a whole day (8 hours). The gentlemen that were here were very nice and professional. The only concern I had with this service was the price. It was originally quoted as $4000 dollars. The price seems high and unusual. I am not accustomed to services being a round figure. However, the service was done quickly and efficiently so we could use our kitchen drain and our clothes washer since that drain connects to our kitchen drain.
Description of Work: We originally noticed that are drain in the kitchen was leaking. We had to companies come out and examine the problem. Tony's solution/recommendation appeared to be the most sound and less invasive. Their rep Sal examined our pipe within the kitchen, placed a camera all the way to the connection to the main drain from the kitchen and then examined the main drain itself to determine the exact cause. What was found was a deteriorated drain pipe connected from our kitchen to our main drain. The solution was to remove the deteriorated pipe with a new technology called "trenchless technology". Instead of breaking our foundation and walls this new technology lays the new pipe by pushing out the old pipe. The service took a whole day (8hours) to complete. After completing the repairs, Sal's team relayed the concrete within our master bedroom and put back the dirt by our kitchen. (Side note, Sal's team did have to break the foundation within one of our rooms in-order to access the connection to the main drain. This step could not be avoided). After placing the new pipe, Sal's team cleaned our main drain.

 + 0 moreContacted Mike at Tony's plumbing concerning blockage in the sewer line. He scoped the line and determined there was root intrusion. I applied to the city for the cost share program and got Mike to quote it since they were on the approved list. His quote was the lowest of the three obtained and he thoroughly explained all the costs and what was and wasn't covered. He gave a rough estimate for the cost of the permits. After routing all the paperwork Tony's was chosen and they got started. Mike and his team did the work in 3 days including obtaining and closing all permits. He took extreme care in making sure that the landscaping involved was impacted minimally and actually, it did not require any repairs after the work was done. He notified me when the work was done and all the paperwork cleared perfectly. The office staff also was excellent at supporting Mike and his team. They were cordial and professional. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Sewer line replacement and installation of clean out per Cost Share Program scope of work. Replaced approximately 10' of sewer line from the sidewalk to the main sewer.

They were always on time (actually, they were always early). All of the men were very professional, very nice. The actual cost of the work was exactly as quoted, and they did a great job. We were very happy with the job and the service. Will definitely be using Tony's Plumbing Service for all of our plumbing needs.
Description of Work: There was a leak under the floor in our master closet. The carpet had to be removed, and the cement had to be jack hammered out and the pipes repaired. Robin replaced the cement after the job was completed.

Most importantly, they noticed and fixed a leak that had been present in the refrigerator water line that was actually damaging the walls with water prior to our moving in. Had they not taken care of it, we could have had a major mold problem. Overall the work was great and we could tell that they are absolute pros at what they do. Would definitely hire them again!

It looked like a mess in the house so that could have been a little better. I used them through a home warranty so it cost us $50. The home warranty company covered the rest of the amount. They came out right away.

I would use them again if I run into another plumbing problem. P.S. I asked for discounts and got 10% off for cash.

 + -1 moreOverall it went well. I liked Sal. He has a good sense of humor and is easy to talk to. He kept me informed of all the things that were going on. He made a special trip to find a toliet seat that I wanted. He is good at his job, and I appreciate his honesty.
Description of Work: Sal came out and checked the toliet that was plugged. He said that the line was clogged, and that the toliet wasn't working properly. We changed the toliet out, and he used pressure to blow out the lines. After that he scoped the lines with a camera and noticed that there was a problem with an offset pipe. He is going to come back with a locator and find out where the problem lies.
