Description of Work: ProCare cleaned our "L" shaped living/dining area, hall and sectional sofa. They were on time, clean, courteous and extremely thorough. It's the best our carpets have looked in some time. I've even used other carpet cleaners in the past and ProCare is the best by far! They will be coming back if my carpets need cleaning again!

He showed up on time, was professional while he was working. His son Jacob came and helped him too. The floor looks beautiful.

He gave a very accurate quote by phone. He arrived on time and gave very good advice on the care for the carpets in the home and discussed/showed the difference of quality of the carpets. He finished the work quickly and efficiently and I was very happy with the results. Will definetly use this service again!

Description of Work: Mr. Reid and his son arrived right on time and started the job. He was professional and cheerful in spite of the ugly carpet job ahead of him. We, of course had waited too long to call him. The job was a living room, dining room, family room/bar area and a long,long hallway. The living room had pet stains and got special treatment. All was done in a couple of hours for only $180. I would have spent that much on just shampoo, etc. if I had done the job myself! We will definitely call them again. Thank you Angie's List.

 + -1 moreWhen we moved into our new home 3 years ago, we planned to change out the carpets within a few years, so we lived like pigs not caring about the carpets until the economy fell out and we were forced to try and do everything we could to save them from being destroyed. Louis came in and saved the day. He moves furniture without complaint and very gracious to make sure everything goes okay. He was in and out in about an hour and just did a better job than I was expecting. Much better. He truly saved my carpets. I'd recommend him to anyone who wants less hassle and cleaner carpets. I couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: He cleaned my carpets in the family room, stairs, and master bedroom (along with some other stains elsewhere). He pre-treated it first, which was a HUGE help as I had terrible stains (ranging from strawberry smoothies to Pepsi to a chocolate Starbucks) on most of the carpet. I had large high traffic areas in the family room and on the stairs. I was sure most of the stains would remain regardless of cleaning, but he did a FANTASTIC job of making those stains go away. One huge strawberry stain in my bedroom was pre-treated and when he went over it with the steam cleaner, it disappeared right before my very eyes like magic.
