Scott showed up when he said he would, looked over the job and gave us an estimate on the spot. His estimate was significantly lower than others we were quoted on. We checked him out and heard that he did good work. When we were ready to do the job, he helped us finalize the color selection that worked well with our rock work. The team showed up the day before Thanksgiving and got the job done in an efficient manner. They cleaned up after themselves and left. Before they left, they got the pool started filling from two separate hoses, making sure that the water filtered in nicely so it wouldn't leave stains. Overall, they did a great job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a professional crew to get in and do the job well in a no nonsense manner.

They made the project effortless on my part. Kept me well-informed of the process. Personable, friendly. Did not try to sell me things I did not need, which I really appreciated. Other companies had insisted I needed new tile, but Lillywhite agreed with me that it just needed cleaning. They replaced drains and inlets/outlets without extra charges. Every day they cleaned up thoroughly and did not leave a mess.

Diane and Scott Lillywhite responded promptly to all our requests and were on time for all our meetings. They were easygoing and patient with us as we worked with them to choose colors and materials. Scott personally dropped off tile, plaster and coping samples that were a great help to us for converging on the final configuration. There are a bewildering number of different options for pool materials, even for a simple restoration job, so we very much appreciated Diane and Scott's help and forbearance while we pondered the options. The crews showed up early each work day and left around 5:00 pm. Crews cleaned up nicely at the end of each work day. Masonry work was superbly done. The work was completed faster than I expected, approximately two weeks, though Scott apologised it wasn't done sooner! Now the new "color quartz" plaster gives the pool water a lovely turquoise hue that makes me feel like my backyard is in the South Pacific!

They came in and jack hammered the old coping, tile, and plaster in one day. On day 2 they did a brown coat, day 3 coping, day 4 tile, day 5 plaster and filling the pool.

They did a fantastic job. It was so wonderful. They were so careful with their work. Top notch!

My 25,000 gallons pool needed replastering and new tiles. I selected Lillywhite Pool Plasterers for three prime reasons. Firstly he has an A rating. Secondly, they quoted the lowest price. Thirdly, Scott, the owner, did not try to sell me additional repair work that I did not needed. He is straight and to the point. His crew started on time with the removal of the old plaster and tiles. They discoverd two major highly visible cracks in the concrete walls each approximately 6 foot long. Without asking for more money they chipped out the concrete along both cracks up to the bare soil underneath. Replaced the damaged rebar , added additional stapels and refiiled the large openings with concrete. Although I knew that there are cost differences between the different tiles in the supplied brochure, Scott did not charge more for the more expensive tiles I selected knowing that his quotation for retiling was also the lowest. I wanted Scott to wait three weeks with the replastering to give the new concrete ample time to harden. This was no problem and his crew started with the final plastering when I thought it was time. The final product is like a new pool. No fuss, no hassle. If all contractors are like Scott Lillywhite, life for the clients would be a lot easier.

My swimming pool needed a re-plaster and new tile. I had originally planned on getting this done in the fall, but things got really ugly with the old plaster (serious algae issue), so I went ahead and called Scott Lillywhite and he said he could take care of it the following week. Scott’s crew came out and removed the old plaster in less than half a day. They were real troopers considering it was in the middle of a heat wave. The tile and plaster installation portion of the project also went very well. All the workers went about their jobs, despite the heat, in a polite and professional manner, and after each day they left the work area clean. It only took 3 days for them to get the job done. The pool now looks terrific!

The bottom of the pool had all of these things coming through and needed plastering work, but now it looks beautiful! The workman were great and it is perfect!

I asked him if they could save the tile around the pool. He said they could and they did. There was a crack in the side of the pool itself. Upon inspection, they discovered a pump behind the concrete and could not guarantee that would not be broken if they took out the concrete to repair the crack. They went ahead with the repair and did not damage the pump. For the work they did, in the time they did it, I think they did an excellent job.
