Lillywhite Pool Plastering

Outstanding Job!! Couldn't be happier with the outcome and the process. Once the work started the different crews arrived as scheduled and on time. Plenty of conversation between the Lillywhite forks to insure a "no surprises" outcome. the pool and decking is absolutely beautiful and extremely well done. They had to readjust the grading in the backyard to accommodate draining and after hosing down the patio several times, I can not find one water collection point. That to me is amazing since the old patio has several. I would recommend Lillywhite Pools to anyone considering remodeling there pool and surrounding areas.

Seemed very promising, arrived on time for estimate, however, no call back even after initial visit. We called with some questions 2-3 weeks later with a promise of a return call. It's been over three weeks since our last call to the mother of the original representative who came to our location for an estimate. It's a family business, as we were told and this person (mother) handled questions issues. Don't think this business contact is going anywhere. Very sad!

Deborah was excellent to work with. She was willing to work with our desire to keep our old tile and just replace what was needed with a coordinating tile and also only repair coping. Work went well and when a problem occurred with the tile it was promptly fixed. Their crew was fast and efficient. We have a large pool and was impressed with how quickly work was done.

Very hard working and professional crew. They always made sure the jobsite was cleaned after every shift and made sure I was happy with the results.

So happy with the end product. We made several changes in the process and Deborah handled them without complaint. Our 1970 era pool now looks totally modern. I would highly recommend Lillywhite to anyone looking to remodel or build a swimming pool.

Deborah arrived promptly and looked at our pool. She then called her husband and asked him to swing by for his opinion. They both agreed that our pool did not need to be replastered at this time, even though they would have liked to take the job. They were very honest. They were so helpful in giving us tips on what we could do to clean it up and recommended a product and suggested that we take a sample of our water to our local Leslee Pools for a free chemical analysis. We had no idea Leslee Pools did this for free. I took a sample of the pool water and our tap water and discovered our pool water has a high level of calcium, due to calcium nodules. Deborah also gave us a quote to replaster the pool which we thought was very competitive. If we were going to replaster, we would definitely use Lillywhite based on our experience with their visit and with their glowing reviews on Angieslist.

Everything went great. Job was started around 2/9/16 and was pretty much finished by 2/29/16. Pool start-up phase ended the beginning of April. They came back this last week to remove some stains from the plaster and follow up with some fine-tuning needs. I'm a property manager by trade and deal with many contractors. I've hired 4 different pool contractors for various re-plaster jobs in my career; Lillywhite is now at the top of my short-list for pool contractors. The tile, plaster, concrete, fencing, equipment, etc. all look & work terrific. Deborah, Scott, Gamma, Daniel, etc. - great job!

Very efficient and effective to re-plaster the pool and to then initially maintain it for the next 30 days. There were two tile areas, total of about two linear feet, where the tiles did not set well. In July, and February, Lillywhite re-set the troubled tiles perfectly.

Both of the owners, Scott and Deborah, came out to inspect the repair and give an estimate. They were very easy to work with, answer our questions and were able to schedule the repair quickly. We appreciated the communication along the way of ordering the products, weather issues and such. Deborah stayed in touch which was a relief to us. The repairs look awesome! We will certainly be using them for future repairs and replastering the pool and spa when the time comes.

I was so impressed with the owners who oversaw every detail that resulted in a transformation that was miraculous! They were very respectful of my home and did it quicker than originally planned. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

From the first phone contact through the personal support in selecting materials, scheduling and completing the work and all the way through the 28-day start-up and beyond, Deborah, Scott, David and the entire Lillywhite team were nothing short of world class. Furthermore, Deborah was always available and responsive to my many questions throughout the process (and I have been told I can be needy when it comes to large projects like this). It is a joy to work with a company that clearly understands what customer service and quality are all about. I highly recommend them and would use them again myself in a heartbeat!

Lillywhite is the best, I live in New York and my aunt lives in California. She?s kind of old school and don?t trust the computer at all. She told me about the problems with her pool and asked if I knew anyone. I told her to check out Angie?s List but that didn?t sit well with her. So I did it. I picked 3 pool service companies and asked them all to contact my aunt. Not only was Lillywhite the first to contact her, they turned out to be the most understanding, the most affordable and the most professional pool people you can hope for. Work started June 22 and finished July 24, 2015 which includes 28 day startup . Replaster crew, electrical/plumbing crew and management did an excellent job. Deborah took all my phone calls, text messages and e-mails answering all my questions. All work was done very professionally. It was very convenient to have all the pool work done by one company such as Lillywhite. In this way, repairs and warranty is all covered by their company. I highly recommend Lillywhite Pools, Inc. for all your pool needs. Thank you [Removed Member info].

The work went very well. They helped with the design and coordinated all the equipment which I had bought separately. They are spiciest with the plastering and they created a beautiful custom color. They were on time with the schedule and always returned phone calls. Since the original work they have stopped by to see how thing were going. We would us them again. Debra is a real kick. i recommend them.

Things went well. It was a little more than originally quoted but other work that needed to be done was discovered which caused additional costs. The company was a pleasure to work with, particularly Debra. Everyone was very responsive.

If you are looking for a completely hassle free experience, you will find that with this company! They are very responsive, professional and friendly. They do what they say they are going to do, and they do it well! It is very hard to find a great contractor these days .... I was SO pleasantly surprised and happy with their work.

This experience was by far the best we have ever had with major work done on our home. They said work would begin the first week of February 2015, or sooner, if the schedule allowed it. Instead, all work was completed by the end of January, and done well. Anytime we contacted them, we received a prompt answer. Everyone who worked here was polite, efficient, and knew what they were doing. There was no waiting for days wondering when the work would be continued. They had to dig to install new plumbing and electrical. When they finished, everything was filled in, and they never left any messes. At the beginning, David came to the house to discuss what we wanted done and never tried to sell us more than we wanted. Whenever there was a choice to be made, he was very clear about what was necessary and what was optional. For the first time in years, we have a beautifully functioning pool with no problems. So thankful we went with this company.

***I WOULDN'T USE ANYBODY BUT LILLYWHITE*** I mean where do I start? I did a rather thorough job of getting quotes from different contractors. They all pretty much had the same tiles, plasters, etc. They all pretty much used sub-contractors (maybe even the same ones; who knows). Some cost a little less. BUT, at the end of the day what separated Lillywhite was their professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, and patience. I must have changed by mind about tile/plaster about 7 or 8 times. They didn't flinch. When I needed some cement work done and other side-jobs, they gave me a reasonable price or else were honest enough to let me know that they could not do it (some will say they know how, then do it, and mess it up; I prefer be straight with me from the start). They noticed the check valve was broken, and so the spa would drain partially when the pump was not on--this is a hazard to the new plaster for sure. They took care of it. When there was a stain from the pool light caused by the rain, they jumped in the pool, full scuba and wet suit, and took care of it. They could have just blamed it on bad luck, but they didn't do that--they handled it 100%. When my wife wanted some crazy custom tile job (cutting out glass from a ceramic tile and inserting a different kind of glass), they gave me a reasonable price and it turned out PERFECT. The cleaned up any mess, left the workplace clean, completed the job in about 1.5 weeks (it rained a couple of days or the may have finished it earlier), and were careful to let me know when somebody would be at my house to start work. When I emailed them about something they would respond to me in a reasonable period of time if not right away, and they seemed genuinely concerned that I was happy with their work. I couldn't be more impressed. That is a heck of a lot of service for what is, let's be honest, a rather small job at $15,000.

the Lillywhites are very professional and very good at what they do. Their team showed up at the agreed upon date, sandblasted and chipped the old tile out from our 1978 spa. They installed new tile and a wonderful quartz type plaster finish. it looks wonderful and we are quite pleased with the results.

It was excellent! They said that they would take two weeks and it did, their follow up was good as well. We are very happy.

I'm updating my review from a negative to a positive. My prior negative review related to unresponsiveness following an initial consultation. After the review I received what I believe to be a sincere apology from Debra and she followed up with a thorough quote which came reasonably close to what I would expect to pay for the project. I've since decided to focus on a larger project on our home, but I would not hesitate to bring Lily-white back in when it's time to finish the pool. I understand every company has a moment when they falter. My initial reaction was one of those moments but it also becomes an opportunity to show what they are made of and they came through. I would recommend if looking at installing a pool.
