Landscape Locators

No problems or issues, showed up when they said they would and completed in one day.

I am using Landscape Locators for gardening maintenance. They are doing great. I am ecstatic with them. My last gardener disappeared off the face of the earth. Benji is the guy actually doing it. He has been great. He found out exactly how I like things done. What I wanted and did not want. He has been very open to questions and things. He has made some suggestions. So far I have been extremely happy. They have been charging me 90 dollars a month. I have a 10,000 square foot yard.

The price they quoted me was too high. They came, they were very cordial on the phone, they were here when they said they would but my job wasn't in their category and they were too high. Their punctuality was perfect and they were very professional.

The cleanup went well. The yard had not been maintained for a couple of months. He trimmed and pruned to get it up to par for biweekly yard work.

It was great, they worked efficiently and all the work was finished in one day.

Andrew Strays came by & provided an estimate for yard service. We agreed to the price & terms. Gardener showed up as scheduled and performed an excellent job. He's been here every week as scheduled since.

I found Landscape Locators on Angies list, along with several others. LL responded the very next day, the only one to so. Once I described the job, the personnel at L.L. said they had a contractor who could handle our job and would have the contractor contact us. The contractor did so the next day, he came to our home and gave us an estimate, we agreed to a slightly lesser amount and the work was scheduled. The contractor handled obtaining the masonry we requested and his workers arrived the day scheduled, and completed the job the next day. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Many of our neighbors comment positively about the look of the masonry on the front of our home.

Started out ok, but the locator lost control when the sub-contractor he sent was terrible

We bought a home near San Diego and closed on the house before we moved from the East Coast. Working by phone, Landscape Locators arranged for a one-time cleanup of the yard then weekly service. I was initially nervous, as I wasn't able to meet the workers or see their work for the first few weeks they took care of the lawn. They did a great job, and we are so pleased we decided to keep them on now that we've moved into the house.

Landscape locators were very professional but Eric the gardener they sent and his team were very unprofessional, unreliable and carried out a very "lets do the minimum we can get away with" type of job. I was very impressed when I met Eric and he seemed helpful but as he got on with the job nothing was done completely or correctly and constant promises to finish job and correct the bad work continued with them not turning up when promised on a number of occassions. They were employed to do a clean up and bring the garden upto par for a continued service - they cut into sprinkler pipes, left lots of weeds, didnt cut back correctly left lots untouched they when I was advised to mulch they provided a very thin layer of rubbish bark not the nourishing mulch I expected.

They're multi-serviced, if we needed them for other things they will gladly do them. They do our pool service, our tree removal, our stump removal, our landscape and they do all kinds of things other than just lawn. If we need them, we can just call them and let them know. They do a really good job, and if we want something changed we can let them know. In the meantime, we don't have to do a thing. If our lawn needs fertilizing they'll take care of it. If a sprinkler breaks, they'll take care of it.

After finding 9 broken sprinklers and at the time 2 underground water leaks I had finally had enough with the current gardener. There was a list of things that I let go and let go, but I never forgot. When I found the third underground leak it was my affirmation that I had made the right choice....change gardeners. I took to the internet and almost immediately got frustrated. I then joined Angie's List. I found Kevin's company, and upon reading the many positive reviews I called. Kevin answered my call, I didn't have to leave a message and wait days for a returned phone call. If I have to leave a message I have a returned call within hours and again not days later. Kevin and Andrew have been very helpful, accommodating to my particular wishes, and just down right NICE. It was so refreshing to find a company that understands, embraces, and applies the meaning of 'customer service'.The new gardener Manuel is fantastic! The pride he takes in his work is evident every time I look at the yards. I didn't realize how stressful the last 2 gardeners were over the past 3 years until Manuel arrived. Everything has been smooth and perfect. We needed a new landscaper for our property and they sent our several people. I chose one and then I paid them; and they pay the people that come and work on the yard.

Very nice, prompt return of call, don't offer service in my area.

I contacted Landscape Locators after finding them here on Angi's List. I was pleased with the prompt phone response, and Kevin coming out later that day to give me an estimate for the work I wanted done. I was pleased with the estimate that he gave me for the work I wanted done. He also gave me an estimate for what it would cost for a monthly upkeep. He indicated that he could have someone here later in the week to complete the work for me. Benji showed up as scheduled and did exactly what I had hoped for. He trimmed, and pulled and snipped and raked. (Mind you - I said RAKED.) Before he left, Benji checked with me for a final approval that they had done all I wanted done. I gave my stamp of approval and was very pleased with what they had accomplished in two hours. After the fact, there were a few things I noticed that I wished they had done, but that was my fault for not catching it while they were here. Benji would have done whatever I requested him to do, I could tell that from his positive attitude to be sure I was pleased with the job they had done. I'm not concerned, as I plan on contacting Landscape Locators to arrange for a weekly service of my yard, and I know they will fix it the next time they are here. I'll get back to you in a few months to let you know how it is going. :)

Andrew was great at corresponding with me so I knew everything about the whole process. He answered all of my questions clearly, and the landscaper he recommended was professional and very knowledgeable. It was a good fit all around.

Very satisfied. I will continue to use them. My wall looks great!

The gardeners do a great job every time.

Kevin came over and gave us an estimate and had someone down promptly and it was done so quickly and timely, it was a pleasant surprise. There was an attention to detail that I appreciated beyond words and I knew exactly who to contact if I had issues. It as overall a great experience. Everything was done that I had asked to be done and beyond.

They came promptly and they did what we asked. There were a lot of areas that were overgrown and it was a hard chore. It took them a while, but they got the job done. They were quite punctual.
