Kevin seems as interested in matching the right people, as well as provide well qualified workers. If I have special requirements, he goes the extra step. I have confidence that if either of us slips up, things will turn out A.O.K. For 5 months he has provided service I highly recommend.

The cost is free to the homeowner and the get paid by the contractor who ends up with the job. We met with Susan to go over our needs/wants list for the project. A few days latter she can back with a sketch and we discussed an revisions that needed to be made. She then put together an itemized list and bid sheet. We received the bids from 3 contractors. We met with her again to discuss the bids and narrow it down to 1 contractor which could give us what we wanted for the best price. She provided references for the contractors. We then met the contractor to make sure we could work with them. The actual construction will start today, but as far as getting to this point, Landscape Locators made the job easy.

They were very helpful and informative but we decided not to go with them because of the cost. They were professional, quick, and on time. It took them a couple of days to get back to us with the estimates. The estimate was pretty in depth.

He was prompt and efficient. Provided written estimates along with diagrams. Their service led me to a great landscaper.

The guys are really nice. They are very sweet and caring people.

I was in a bind. I had a party planned for the upcoming weekend and my yard was a shambles. The person I had contacted previously to do the cleanup never showed up. I called Landscape Locators and explained my predicament. Within an hour Kevin came out to do a quote on the job and assured me the work would be done before the weekend. The quote was very reasonable, I though, since I knew how much work really needed doing. By noon the same day Benjie and his crew showed up and got to work. They went above and beyond what I expected, even mowing and edging my lawn. Within 2 hours they had my yard looking terrific, cleaned up after themselves (even skimmed the debris that fell into the pool while they worked), and were very personable and professional to boot. I was apprehensive about using a larger service like this, but I will call them again in a heartbeat. Very, very impressed.

From the start of the project, Andrew at landscape locators was great to work with. He was prompt and efficient with communications and just made the project easy for me from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted to do, my vision per se, and then set me up with one his best guys, Julio, for what I was looking to accomplish! They came and met with me based on a time that worked with my busy schedule, scoped the project, then, based on my vision, let me pick out all the details in color and just really helped me get everything into place just how I wanted. They also were very workable and reasonable with price. Ultimately I chose them over others due to the level of trust I felt in their professionalism and workmanship towards doing a great job- and they did just that- a great job! The team came and first removed all previous existence of my backyard, which was a total mess and included: weeds, old/dead grass, overgrown bushes, unwanted plants and rubbish so we could replant and pretty much start from scratch towards creating my beautiful new backyard. On top of doing a great job, they got it all done in just one day, which exceeded my expectations even more! I am so thrilled with the way it turned out and have further hired the team at landscape locators to do my bi-weekly maintenance as well. I highly recommend working with the team here, they are professional, do amazing work and are just a pleasure to work with all the way around!

Kevin and Andrew are very accomodating and prompt. They provided an estimate for twice-a-month landscaping on all three of my rental properties within 2-3 days. They were flexible on the start date. The work is done reliably, quietly, and professionally.

Their service has been great and their response time have been on par with what I would expect from a business provider.

We contacted Landscape Locators looking for weekly yard service about 6 months ago. The process was very easy and hassle free. They called us right back, gave us a very fair quote over the phone and arranged for a local gardener to start the following week. The gardener that is now servicing our lawn is the best we ever had. Our lawn and plants have never looked this good. On top of it, they are very reliable and they never miss appointments. They really know their trade and it shows. We are very happy with Landscape Locators and Gilbert Flores and his team.

I use them every Friday of the month for service and I pay the gardeners on a monthly basis. They were really quick and after looking at my house they told me how much it would cost. If I email them about anything that I may need then they are very quick about getting back and it is really easy working with them. I do not have to wait to try and catch them and this has helped a lot. If I have anything extra that I need them to work on then I will just let them know.

From the very first phone call to us signing the contract with the actual contractor, Landscape locators were professional, punctual and incredibly helpful. We had a lot of trouble finding a contractor that not only wanted to do the job (backyard bbq and firepit) but that would get back to us with an estimate or even a phone call. We didn't have to worry about that with Landscape locators because they have a network of contractors they work with and we had 3 competitive bids within a week. We signed the contract and the work started very quickly thereafter.

The owner was very friendly and responsive. We had someone come out within a couple of days to do a one-time clean and then bi-weekly maintenance on our back yard. The yard looks great!

Our first appointment was a consultation with Kevin. He outlined the service that Landscape locators provides and then we discussed the needs of our backyard. Originally we only wanted to spend a small amount of money & make minimal changes but as we discussed the scope of the project we decided to move ahead with pretty much a full remodel of our backyard. Kevin then came back and measured the space and we went through several design ideas to come up with the final plan we were happy with. Kevin then took this to three of the contractors he works with and they provided bids. Kevin returned with the bids and we went through them line by line and made a decision based not only on price but also on Kevin's explanation of the pros and cons of each contractor. We made a decision and Kevin arranged a meeting with the contractor and we signed a contract. Kevin's participation pretty much stopped there. He did check in a couple of times to see how work was progressing. We were very happy with the service Landscape Locators provided. It really cut all the leg work out for us in finding a contractor. We also decided to use the landscaping service that Landscape Locators also provides and have been very satisfied with the work one of their garden service contractors has provided.

Called for referral for flagstone walkway and other stone work as well as concrete, I was informed that since they are a referral service, the job was not big enough and therefore not appropriate. I was then told that had I read their description I would have known this. Well the description clearly states flagstone and walkways as a provided contractor service. This is a referral service, the job per the individual that answered the phone must be 15k or more to be "worth" their contractors time.

They are good. The landscaper was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and reliable.

The service was on time and the yard looks great. We are now using their service on an on-going basis.

We used landscape locators to find a gardener to do an initial cleanup of our front and back yards (~$200) and then continue a bi-weekly gardening service ($70/month) for our small front and back yards (our lot is maybe 6,600 square feet). The service overall has been good. We had some difficulty connecting in the beginning and were playing phone tag. The gardeners were late for the initial service but were very nice (and continue to be). I'm not sure if this is pricey or not as this is the first time that we have used a gardener. Overall, we would recommend landscape locators.

The guy that came out was on time and punctual, but the quote that he gave me was high.

He had his maintenance team come out and move around dirt to make way for the Bermuda sod. He laid down electrical lines and installed a transformer. A sprinkler system/drip line system was installed according to my request. Everything was done in 2 days, which was a plus. The only negative thing i can say is that the sod is a little bumpy. My expectation is that the i would have a nice flat, clean looking ground surface. This is why we went with Bermuda - to have that golf course green look. Kevin explained to me that the ground should settle flat, and i'm waiting for that to happen.

They did all! Trees were trimmed and topped and all of the branches taken away. The rest of the backyard needed a general cleanup: pruning, weeding, and cutting. Best of all, they did it quickly, safely, and cleaned up everything when they were done.

They fit me in to their schedule within an hour and a half. They said it didn't need to be replaced so they charged me less than their original quote.

We first contacted Landscape Locators back in February to get estimates and referrals for a backyard overhaul. Initially we had planned to replace our existing foliage. When Kevin arrived, he made it clear that we would be making a bad decision to put in lots of new foliage without dealing with some major infrastructure issues. He pointed out that our retaining wall was leaning because there was no drainage and improper foundation. He said that if we tried to put any plants in we would have to rip them out when we eventually fixed the wall. He explained that we would need to rip up our lawn and patio to install drainage in addition to replacing the retaining wall. This was a lot more work than expected, but it all made sense to us after it was explained. He got three really aggressive bids on the work to be done and worked with the contractors to itemize everything so that we could partition the job based on what we could afford. He also offered to have his maintenance crew perform the sod installation and sprinkler adjustment to help save us money (since the contractors wanted more). We decided to do the drainage and lawn work first because the existing lawn was in very bad shape and replacing the wall later could be done without impacting the lawn as long as we had the drains prepared. We ended up selecting Landscape Masters for the work (I've written up a separate review for their portion of the job) because Kevin highly recommended their attention to detail for paver installation - which was going to be a major portion of the work. Everything went really well with Landscape Masters - I'm really glad that we had Kevin's experience to lean on in picking the right crew for the job. A few weeks after the pavers and drainage were done we had Kevin's crew come back to install sod in the front and back yard. A few weeks after the sod went in they came back to mow and they did a fantastic job - it looked picture perfect. We also had them come back this weekend to remove a lot of overgrown shrubs in the backyard that we didn't want anymore and clean up all of the remaining plants which had been neglected for almost a year. They got the shrubs out much quicker than expected and I'm really happy with how the yard looks now. We look forward to working with Landscape Locators on a regular basis to maintain our yard.
