I had been with a professional landscape company for years that did a great job. They decided to go out of the residential business and referred me to another company that just didn't work out. They were more of a "mow and blow" company and I wanted more extensive service than that. Hence, I began to look for a replacement company and seem to have found one through Landscap Locators.

I called these guys to find a good gardener - one who does more than 'mow & go'. They were helpful on the phone and came to look look at our yard. They said they would talk to some of their gardeners and get back to us. They were professional and we liked what they had to offer. Unfortunately, they were not able to find anyone they work with who is in our area, so we are still looking and are not able to use their services.

They were punctual and we were able to get the work done within a weekend. We will definitely use them for our garden maintenance in the future.

It went really well. From the time Kevin first called me back to his final check he was very professional and on top of everything.

They come out and see what you need then bid your project out to someone else. They try to find you the best bid for the job, their service to the consumer is free. We just needed them for landscaping, but I understand they will do anything that has to do with your yard - pools, decks, hardscape, etc. I thought he was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was knowledgeable about the project we wanted so it ended up being a very good service. He spent a lot of time. As far as price goes, they kind of have an idea of what the price range will be to have the work done. They were pretty much right on with their range.

Their service was great. Kevin from their company contacted me right away and went to my house that day I believe to get an estimate as to what it would cost. He then contacted me with the name of the gardener that would be doing the work for me on a weekly basis and gave me the cost which is $70.00 a month. Kevin is extremely professional and helpful and without them I would not have known who to contact to get a gardener. Kevin even called after the weekly service began to make sure I was happy with the work being done. I would highly recommend using their service if you want to find any type of landscaper.

When I mentioned the problem to landscape Locators they very quickly told me they would find an expert to diagnose the problem. I received a call back promptly telling me the exact problem and two ways to fix it. They told me the exact cost of the two options. I picked the cheaper of the two and they promptly sent and expert over to fix it. Shortly before he arrived I added another task to his list. He also performed that task to a very satisfactory conclusion. Landscape Locators called me back promptly after the service, actually gave me a slight discount on their estimate, and told me to call if I had any problems. I am very pleased with their promptness, accuracy in the diagnosis, timeliness and price.

They were invaluable and we highly recommend them. We had the added advantage from the design to the installation because we had the company backing us if we had problems with the landscaper not doing what the contract specified. They did all the work for us and found us the best suited landscaper. They vouched for the landscapers they recommended. They advised us to get a designer to draw up a design for our garden because we had a weird shaped yard and side garden. They dealt directly with the designer and then sent the drawings to bid to a lower ballpark landscaper, a mid range, and an upper range landscaper. They came over, looked at the design, looked at the yard, and made sure that everything was in drawing and that our requests were all listed. They came back a second time with the bids and went over them with us and then took care of the bidding. They sent out our job for three estimates, went over the estimates with us once they got them, and let us select the landscaper we wanted the contract drawn up with. They were knowledgeable about what we should be looking in an estimate and what we should be considering in a job. The whole thing was so much easier for us once they handled it. We didn't need to pay them anything because they got paid by the people they refer. They also do pools, spas, and basically all outdoor stuff.

I thought the service was wonderful and they were such a big help. They took the burden of researching all of these companies for us. I was very impressed.
