We welcome the opportunity to help you with any type of landscape, hardscape, or swimming pool project you may have or weekly lawn and garden care as well! We have two sides to our business: 1) We have over 50 different pre-screened licensed and insured landscape, hardscape, and pool contractors that we work with in each of our markets. We meet you, design your yard, and then bid your job out to find you the best co. at the best price. Our service is free to the homeowners as we get paid a fee by the contractors. 2) In our Southern California markets, we provide regular lawn and garden service with a satisfaction guaranteed approach as you can switch between 100 diff cos. until happy. We unfortunately do not offer lawn and garden service in Northern California, just in our Southern California markets. We can help with any type of outdoor project whether it is major construction or simply a more professional way to get your weekly lawn and garden service. We have hundreds of contractors and gardeners that service our clients for us and you always have a professional office to call or email with any questions or concerns. Description of Work: I needed a clean up of backyard landscaping and weeds, some minor tree trimming, and taking away of all green trash. Included trimming rose bushes and my "grove" of plaintains. They did a great job and swept up the entire yard and sidewalks. Yay!

Description of Work: I have dealt with Andrew, who is very good at following up. He is always willing to check with the gardeners and get an approximate time for our service on the specific day. He makes sure it is convenient for us. The work performed is very good, only once they forgot a couple of things, but Andrew asked them to come back & they finished the work to our satisfaction. Excellent!!

Description of Work: Did a wonderful cleanup on my front and back yard including the tidying of a path and relaying stepping stones and adding bark. It was done in quick order due to a party at my house. Very efficient and spoke English so that I didn't have to mess with my broken Spanish. I have kept Jerry on as my full time gardener. Give them a call, I'm sure you'll appreciate their work. Also, they have email and are in the 21st century. A real plus for communication.

Description of Work: I have used LL as my bi-weekly lawncare specialist for two years without really thinking about it. In early March, I observed that a prominent flax bush had been damaged. I called LL to ask their knowledge of the incident. They sent a crew out immediately and responded that they had not seen the damage in their last visit. However, without documenting their actions, they completely removed the flax. I had a fence painter from my HOA review the situation and volunteer to pay a reasonable cost to remove and replace the flax. I contacted LL for an estimate, and they responded with a cost estimate that other professionals deemed exorbitant. I was delayed in completing the job with an alternate landscaper. LL was inflexible with current client in helping to resolve this incident. I have since decided to discontinue my efforts with LL.

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service but just to recap what happened. You had us maintain your property for 2 years without incident or complaint. You hired a fence painter and HE DAMAGED your Flax while working on your fence. You had us come out (same day service on your non-service day) and try and prop up the Flax (not remove it) which we did AT NO CHARGE. You then decided you wanted to replace the Flax. We gave you a price which we felt was reasonable for the cost of the plant, amendments and proper installation. Your fence painter said he used to be a landscaper and he can do it for half the price. We said go ahead and have him replace the Flax he damaged if you feel he knows what he is doing. Keep in mind; this is the same guy that damaged it in the first place! Somehow that makes us unreasonable as we won't replace the plant at the same price a fence painter who "used to be a gardener in the past" will do it for??? I am sorry that somehow you feel we wronged you as that is never our goal as you saw over the years you worked with us without complaint. I am not sure if you are now having your fence painter do your professional lawn and yard care maintenance but we wish you luck with whomever you hire and apologize again that you feel we wronged you in any way.

Description of Work: Owner, Keven, came personally to my home for an assessment. I have a small yard with fruit trees and flower beds.The property needed weeding, trimming and shaping of topiaries. An experienced crew was hand selected for me, and I have been exceedingly satisfied with the work. I contracted with Landscape Locators for weekly service and I am very pleased with this service.. The owner of this company is a professional with knowledge and a helpful attitude. For landscape and yard work I would highly recommend Keven Bussell of Landscape Locators.
