Description of Work: DJ and his crew was great! We are a commercial office and our carpet gets a lot of use. Coast Carpet got out old stains that another cleaner did not get out. They also cleaned and sealed a large tile section! I wish I had taken before photos! The tile looks brand new! The crew is hardworking, they where on their hands and knees scrubbing and the end results shows it! We are definitely keeping their number to use for our next carpet cleaning!

All went very well except for the fact they ran late by an hour due to extra work at the job before mine. The manager did call and tell me they would be late and the reason for it.
Description of Work: Cleaned wall to wall carpeting through the house. They did a very nice job and were very professional, neat and tidy in their work. A discount was given to me for being a first time customer.

The owner came out to see the house and gave us an estimate. He checked out all the stained areas and took notes. The technicians who came were very polite and did an excellent job. I didn't think they'd be able to get out some of the stains, because our carpet is kind of old, but they did!

The carpet was overdue for a cleaning, but came out looking almost new. The technician arrived on time, was polite and seemed to enjoy his job. He took care to not leave puddles of water on the tile floor, which others have done in the past. The company's minimum was less than most other company's I've checked with. I will definitely use them next time.
