Coast Carpet Cleaning was an A+ on all fronts. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with them. From the first request for a quote thru the end of the job they responded immediately and went above and beyond to accommodate my additional requests once they arrived. Made older dirtier carpet look like new again.

DJ gave me an estimate and was able to schedule my appt right away (when it worked for me). Zach and Micah showed up on time and did a fabulous job. They were careful with furnishings and asked questions on how I would like the job done. They did a fabulous job....better than any other carpet cleaner that I have used before. Bought an on-line deal for the cleaning of 8 rooms. Was able to schedule an appointment quickly. Company did a nice job with communication, showed up on time on the day of the appointment. Very pleased with the job that was done.

This is the second time I've used Coast Carpet Cleaning, and I will definitely continue to use them in the future for my carpet cleaning. The team at Coast Carpet are responsive, very professional, attentive to details, and focused on getting the job done right. A few weeks ago my dog became ill in the middle of the night and vomited on the carpet in my bedroom - I didn't realize it until the next morning. I tried to get the stain out with Folex, but that didn't work. Coast worked diligently to remove the stain, but it came back (thank goodness it was just the residue from the Folex, which I over-sprayed). They returned and got the stain out. My 8 year old carpets look great. This company does an outstanding job - and they are a pleasure to work with.

Zach and Micah did an excellent job, especially cleaning the tiled floor. I didn't know the grout was actually a lighter shade. I plan to have the rest of the tiled floors cleaned in the future. Both were punctual and polite.

A+!! We bought our house in the middle of 2013. When mean moved in we had the carpets cleaned and there were several spots of the carpet cleaner could not get out. We just assumed that they were going to be there permanently. To our surprise when we have the carpets cleaned they got out the old spots that we thought were permanent and the carpets look better than when we first moved into the house after having the carpets cleaned. We highly recommend using them and will definitely use them again every six months as long as we own the house. Great job and thank you! The cost of the job was $230. That price included four bedrooms, the hallway, and two large area rugs. Their prices were significantly cheaper than many other people we talk to.

This was the second time I?ve used CCC. We just moved out of our condo and needed the carpets cleaned in the living room, two bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. Zach and Micah once again did a fabulous job! They arrived on time and started to work immediately. The carpets in all areas came out clean. Many of the minor stains and discoloration came out! There was a plastic smell coming from one of the carpeted areas which Zach worked hard to remove. Most of the smell is now gone! Thank you Zack! All in all, they did a wonderful job and their prices are fair! I will continue to use them and refer them to others as well!

I saw CCC on Angie?s List and thought I would give them a try. We moved into a new condo and needed the carpet and closet cleaned in one room. We also needed our stone tiles in our laundry room/bathroom cleaned and sealed. DJ was very professional and nice when I made the appointment. Zach and Micah arrived on time and cleaned the carpet and the tile. Both were focused, thorough, efficient, and friendly too! They did a very nice job - both the carpet and tile came out clean. I will definitely use them again!

I've use CCC twice now - GREAT SERVICE. DJ has come out both times (I think his father founded the company.) They do a really good job, are clean-cut and obviously experienced. A little bit more expensive than others but I think you get what you pay for in this industry.

Coast Carpet did a great job of making the carpet look new again

Once again Coast Carpet did an outstanding job on my carpet. but this time Zack and other employee outdid themselves. I have used Coast for a long time and am always pleased with their professionalism. They also did a great job cleaning my kitchen floor tiles.

So....we moved out of a house that we've been in for 5 years to another house located 4 miles away. Needless to say, we needed to have the house cleaned that we were moving out of as I truly wanted my deposit returned. So I called DJ (owner of Coast Carpet Cleaning) and scheduled the carpets to be cleaned. I'm hear to tell you...these guys are just terrific! This is the 2nd time I've used them and the first time they were fast, thorough and efficient. I didn't know if it was going to cost more (or less) since this 2nd time they were cleaning the carpets they did not have to deal with furniture. Somehow I would think that would be easier, however, more of the carpet to clean. The guys did a wonderful job and I cannot tell you how very pleased I am. The carpet is just upstairs in the bedrooms, bathrooms (never liked carpet in bathrooms), hall and 17 stairs. What a deal for $215 (I had an Angie's coupon that DJ graciously honored). The house I've now moved in to has so much more carpet and I'm here to tell you that I will be calling on Coast Carpet Cleaning when I need them in the future. You will not go wrong with this company!

We have used this company since about a couple years ago. We found this company by chance for they were the one's our makers of our Carpet called to check on a carpet stain in regards to our warranty for replacement. They were so professional, quick and thorough we kept their card and have had used them again a couple times. Every single service has been pleasant and clean. They are considerate of your home (they even wear booties not to soil the cleaned carpet) and the workers always seem to look clean, friendly smile, and go getters. Also, there equipment seem to look always clean and updated. (Worse thing ever is to see someone trying to clean with dirty equipment. That's like washing yourself with your last dirty shower water. Gross.) I am actually going to call them to be on a maintenance plan soon, for my husband and one of my daughters are allergic to lots of dust and pollens, and I trust that Coast Carpet is very honest and do a very excellent job every time. (which means a lot for I don't even like some relatives to come into my home! ;D ) Overall highly recommend, there Prices are very fair, Professional and friendly like a small town family owned business but with corporately run highly regulated standard.

Their work was fine but my wife doesn’t want to use them anymore because they criticized her housekeeping.

They were great, but it has been a while and I will have to have them come back again. There were several stains that we thought were gone but they came back.

They did a good job but it was a little pricey. Punctual and polite company!
