Description of Work: We had a air conditioner blowing hot air. Unit is old so we made a repair to help it along. The Tech talked over every step with us so we understood and from there we made a good decision to fix it. The person who first took my call was so friendly and bent over backwards to make this appt. happen on a 100 degree day. communication was over the top great. I was called 30 minutes before my tech arrived. I will use this as my go to business for all heating and air.

Description of Work: Ther explained that a reset button was triggered. When the force air heater was too hot, then that safety device will trigger.

Description of Work: Furnace service. It had two problems. They fixed one, and returned once the part was available to fix the second problem. It works fine now!

Description of Work: Went well. Our AC compressor was really old. So we changed out the compressor and replaced/resealed the duct work at the same time. While I was expecting a $3000 service we added on the extra work. Comfort may charge a bit more, but the service at attention was almost worth every penny (I would have been extremely happy at 11k).

Description of Work: Dominick performed a inspection of our furnace and heating ducts and made recommendations in terms of improvements and advised the associated costs. He was very thorough and professional.

Description of Work: They replaced our old gas furnace and installed a new air conditioning unit. They moved the whole thing to the attic, and added ducts to 2 additional rooms. It is an old house so they had to work around a number of issues and design the system to fit what was there. They gave us a complete and thorough estimate with various options. They took care of every issue that came up during the work. The work included electrical, plumbing, and wallboard modifications. They did the work promptly. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up nicely each day. We are very happy with the results and the system is working well.
