Message from the Owner/ Founder: “As a third generation heating and air technician and retired 20 year veteran of fire and public safety, I wanted to create a service company that you could count on for its integrity and professionalism. When our service technicians arrive at your home, we want you to feel the same level of confidence and trust you get from a firefighter arriving at your home to help when you call 911. Our service technicians are professional, courteous, and well trained. I am comfortable allowing them into the homes of my families and friends who are firefighters, police officers and the public. Description of Work: The technician was punctual and professional. We went over options to fix a current valve on a leaky 1950's furnace as well as to install an entirely new furnace system. I have a 1,000 sq ft home. The technician quoted me a price range of $8K - $10K to build out ducting and install a new furnace. I found another vendor who did the job for $6,000 that included the full scope of the bid this vendor gave to me as well as some extra's like lighting installed in the crawl space under my home.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal on 8/19 and the company did not contact me by the time I requested 8/21.When I contacted them, I was informed that the voucher would not be good for repair, due to the fact that my heating unit was not working. I have already paid someone else to repair my unit and no longer need this deal.
