Description of Work: We had a water pressure issue in the kitchen that was fixed quickly and thoughtfully. While it was a simple thing that we might have eventually figured out, Troy was quick, friendly, and very effective. We'd certainly use them again.

Description of Work: We were told by another plumber that we had a huge problem with the kitchen plumbing that is in the concrete of our slab flooring. This plumber was very convincing and seemed reputable, but I called Guy for a second opinion and they said the pipes were fine, there was just a very minor fix to make. Guy charges a little more than other companies, but they're so honest and capable they've saved me money several times.

Description of Work: We had a toilet which was running as the flap wasn't sealing properly. When the connecting flex-pipe sprung a leak we called Guy's Plumbing in to take a look. They fixed the flex pipe and fitted a new connector. They also recommended a new toilet. We went to their showroom on El Camino in Menlo Park, picked out a new model and they installed it a few days later. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job and disposed of the old toilet. I would use them again as they are local, have been in the business for a very long time in Menlo Park, are family owned, and are great to work with.
