GUY PLUMBING

I had a problem with bathtub backflow and called Guy Plumbing for advice. The people there were very helpful, explaining to me that they could not help me and why, and offered to provide referrals to companies that can. A very ethical and knowledgeable staff - rather than take an opportunity to make a profit, they made appropriate recommendations so that I can get the help I need.

They did a fine job. i would hire them again.

Toilet was clogged due to a small object having been accidentally flushed down it. Plumber tried his best to free the object from the trap, but it wasn't possible. Snaking the porcelain toilet was not an option, as it likely would have cracked the toilet. Only option was to replace it (unfortunately, as the toilet was a fairly new Toto, and not the cheapest model, either). The dealer had the exact same toilet in stock and they were able to deliver it to my house within the hour and get it installed straightaway. So at least I didn't have to pay them to come back a second time. I've used Guy Plumbing a few times now and they have always been professional, polite, on time, and do good quality work.

I bought a faucet set on line, and got another plumbing service to install it.

They did a great job. They went a little extra with the problem that we had. They ordered a part for me that was hard to find.

Not good. They were messed up. I hired them to put a water regular to reduce the pressure in the house. The person they sent was not licensed. There was also no supervision. He cut into my sprinkler system, my fire protection system of the house and put a valve there so that someone can come and shut up my fire system in the house. He tampered with the fire protection system which is a different license, now general plumbing license. I would not hire him again. He has not contacted me till today for repair.

Efficient, usually quick work performed.......very pleasant. Family -owned.

Superb service -- I spoke to Mr. Guy to request the call and Dan Cisneros was at our house within 45 minutes. He had the replacement fixture on his truck, and was pleasant and vert efficient.

We found Guy Plumbing on Angie's List and it was a good experience. The person who answered the phone was sharp and professional. She told me in advance what would happen (and quot;here's the minimum service call... you will receive a bill in the mail...and quot;). There was someone available within the hour. The person arrived, performed the work, replaced some parts. A couple days later the bill arrived. It was for the minimum amount, plus tax and parts. So no unpleasant surprises. We will call them for our next plumbing need.

plumber cleaned and re-greased the gasket, after which leak was gone. totally satisfactory.

I have rental units so I have been using their services repeatedly for 50 years. My parents used them too. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have no question with their work because they know what they are doing.

I have used Guy Plumbing for years. They have put in two water heaters and repaired my furnace twice. They get right out to you, are courteous and professional, and do good work. I know when I call them they will get the job done and done right. Highly recomended

After being told that someone would come between 2 and 4 pm, we received a call right at 2 that someone was on his way. Alex showed up a few minutes later, was very professional in both his manner and in diagnosing the problem which wasn't so easy due to an unusual pipe configuration. He worked diligently for just under an hour,fixing the problem completely and cleaning up thoroughly. I thought the $110 basic charge for up to one hour was very fair. (After one hour, you pay $27.50 per quarter hour for overtime.) As advertised, you get billed in the mail rather than paying on the spot.

They were very good and did a good clean up after they finished their work. I will use them again.

I have used them for over 20 years and it is a family owned business. They do a great job; everybody is neat and well spoken. I have always been happy with their work and will use them again in the future.

Installed disposal on very short notice (came out same day). No hassle experience. I have also used them on more complicated drain work. (Broken pipe in wall). A little more expensive than others, but responsive and professional. Good follow through.

I have relied on Guy Plumbing for 15 years. They are always on time, clean, professional, and fair. They have good advice too. They often can come the same day I call, even if I don't have an emergency need.

They are fabulous. I would rate them 9 stars. It is a family owned business and they were highly recommended when we first moved into the area. The price points are pretty good. I have dealt with a lot of plumbers around here and they really are the best. I absolutely will use them again.
