They were very nice people. I have used them for years for commercial and personal use.

I think they were very good. The service is fantastic and they always do a very good job. The only thing is that they are a little pricey but the service and the quality of their work is well worth it.

Dan Cisneros worked very quickly, and seemed very expert and efficient. The kitchen faucet was difficult to dismantle, and required a number of assemblies and disassembles before the drip could be entirely stopped. Dan seemed determined to do whatever it took to produce a perfect result, although he was scheduled for another job shortly. Time/cost (including parts): 40 min./$97. The toilet manufacturer had given me instructions on how to fix it myself by cutting away part of a plastic divider, and I wanted a plumber's advice to make sure I wouldn't do something to make things worse. Dan immediately decided on a different fix--replacement of the fill-valve cap--and it was successful. Time/cost (including parts): 10 min./ $24. They also charge for travel time to the job at the hourly rate, and the scheduler said this would be for 10 min. from their office (Menlo Park to Los Altos). Dan actually reported this as 25 min. (for $46).

They showed up on time. Got right down to business. Found the problems and fixed them on the spot. I would definitely use them again.

I called the company at 9 AM and service technicians were at my house by 2 PM that afternoon as promised, ready to install the new water heater. Kevin and Cale were friendly and efficient, and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. We reviewed the work together, agreed on time and materials spent, and the main office subsequently sent me the bill. The cost matched the estimate quoted before work began. I've done business with this company for years and their work in always timely and of excellent quality.

Guy Plumbing has always been professional, timely, and just overall nice. I am a personal assistant/house manager for a family. I have used them several times in the past 5 years. I have never had any problems of any kind with this company. They get the job done! They are a bit more expensive but in this case you really do get what you pay for.

They were unable to solve the problem on any of the trips for the same leak. They charged for each service call. I don't know if I would use them again. I need to compare with other service providers. I'm not 100% pleased.

This company does excellent work on my plumbing. They have come numerous times to clean out the sink drain. They do quality work at reasonable prices. These people were clean and courteous. I also think they finish their work very quickly and efficiently. I was happy with this company's work.

I REALLY NEEDED HELP BECAUSE I HAVE AN ABSENTEE LANDLORD AND HE COULDN'T FIX THE TOILET. GUY PLUMBING CAME QUICKLY, WORKED QUIETLY AND WAS NO BOTHER FOR ME. THEY LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN, AND GAVE A FOLLOW UP CALL.
