They are close to where I live, they have been around a long time, and they have a good reputation. I priced a couple of placed and their price was as good as anybody’s. They did good work.

Arrived right on time and very nice to deal with. A plus for professionalism and service!! I will definitely continue to make Guy plumbing my first call for issues they can deal with.

They were excellent. They have been in business in town since the 50’s. They always show up on time and always know what they are doing. They are also very reliable. I spent $113 on that service. I got their name on the list and I used them and then I keep using them. My experience with them was outstanding. They were really good, very friendly and their prices are very reasonable.

They previously did some plumbing work for us and most recently came out to fix a backed up bathtub. The work was very good. He followed through with everything he said he would do. They were very friendly, polite and on time. The price was good and it was a good value. I will be using them in the future for some heating and air conditioning work.

He has been in the business for ever. He is terrific. It was a job that there is no way in the world that I could do as it is a very old house with a very old plumbing. He came out and said that he knew how to do the job. They are the kind of place that you can call even though you know that they don't do the work that you want and they will help you find someone who can. It is an old family business in town. I would use him again in the future in a heartbeat.

Our tenant called Guy Plumbing about a leaky faucet. They came over promptly, and were able to replace the faucet quickly for the tenant. Guy Plumbing has always been very professional in their work.

Called company and was told that they could not take on any new heating customers.

A damp spot developed on the ceiling below a bathroom. I first though their must be a bathroom leak so I re-caulked the tub and didn't use it for awhile but the spot stayed damp. So I cut a two inch by two inch square in the ceiling and right above the damp spot was a pipe. I made an appointment with Guy and they came out when they said. The plumber expected a leaking bathroom and inspected the sinks, etc. Then he cut a 1 foot by 2 foot hole in the ceiling and confirmed it was a pipe leak. He said a solder joint had started to leak, perhaps because it was a bad joint or maybe just house settlement put pressure on it. Anyway, he cut out a junk of the old pipe and put in a new piece, soldered it all together and went outside to turn on the watter. When he did, watter started spraying out of the pipe. Luckily he was able to turn it off quickly and I opened another faucet to let off pressure. That was certainly not expected. He was able to dry things up with paper towels. He went back to work on soldering the pipes and when he was done and turned on the water again they held. To repair the hole in the ceiling I need to get another contraster.

They did good work and everything went fine. They showed up on time and there weren’t any additional fees.

They did it on short notice. We were quite pleased with the work they did.

My mother has known them for a longer time. The guy, who owns the company, used to work for my mother as a boy. He is now in his fifties and his company is really outstanding. They don’t play games; they just go ahead and do the job. I don’t worry about the job. I just call them and get the work done. I have already used them more than six times this year. They charge me $105 for a service call. In all the time that I have used them, they have been nothing but extremely professional. They know how to deal with my tenants. They keep their mouth shut and do their work. I love them.

I have used Guy Plumbing 3 times in the past few years on our 50 year old house with the original plumbing. Always good knowledgeable guys. They clean up after themselves. The receptionist is nice and helpful. When I needed the dishwasher repaired she recommended another local person who was very good. Definitely will keep using them.

I have used this company before many times. They have always been reasonable priced and reliable. I knew them well enough not to be home when Alan Guy came. He called me as soon as the work was done with a full report.

Our existing toilet was terrible. 5-7 flushes were regularly insufficient to get the job done. We had decided to replace it. After some consideration, a top-of-the-line Toto was selected. I contacted Guy by email on Saturday. Monday morning I had a quote and a very friendly conversation about installation with one of the employees. We scheduled installation for Friday. On Friday, the installer arrived, precisely on time. I was thoroughly impressed with both how professional and personable he was. After the promised 1.5 hours, the new toilet was perfectly functional, the old one removed, and the work area clean. Bar none, the best experience I've ever had from a plumber.

They do a really good job. All the people that come out have excellent interpersonal skills and their work is top notch. I think they install only pieces bought from them but I think they have an excellent selection so it is not really limiting yourself when you buy from them.

The salesman was helpful with questions.

I have used this company for at least twenty years. I like the fact that they are local and family owned and run. The cost might be on the high side but they know their business.
