Claudio returned my call quickly to set a date/time for an estimate. Mentioned he wouldn't be able to schedule me right away (wasn't an issue b/c was not in a hurry to get job done). Job took the time he anticipated. He & his assistant were at the work location @ least 5 minutes early. Got right to work & didn't waste time. We are satisfied w/ the work completed.

He arrived when he said he would - took care of problems that came up. Left everything neat and clean.

Claudio and his crew are easy to work with. They arrived on time. They finished in about 3 hours. This is the 3rd time we've had Claudio come out to work on electrical stuff. We are always pleased with the finished job.

We were experiencing problems with the electricity going out on the landscape lights in our backyard. The junction box, outlet, and transformer for our lights were installed by the previous homeowners and were in a very bad location in the backyard. They were in a planter bed at dirt level, and becoming severely corroded from sprinklers hitting them and all the moisture in the ground. We asked C.G.S. if they could move the electrical components to another area of the yard, where moisture wouldn't be a problem, as well as replace anything that needed replacing. Claudio and Eric were great. In order to move the components to the spot we requested, they had to dig a trench in an area where we have lots of plants and flowers. They were very careful with the landscaping, which we really appreciated. We were also happy that they used high quality products that should last a very long time. Overall, Claudio and Eric did a fantastic job. We have used them before for interior electrical work and will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

They came in, gave us an estimate. We accepted it on the spot. They made two significant improvements on our electrical system and we haven't had any problems since.

We are putting a pool table in our living room and needed sufficient lighting. The challenge was that our ceilings are very high (approximately 20 ft.) and we wanted recessed lights, not a hanging lamp, above the pool table. To make a long story short, Claudio figured out how to do this so that we have plenty of lighting for our large room, minimal shadowing where the pool table will be, and he didn't have to cut a bunch of holes in our living room walls to run the wires. We are extremely pleased with how it all turned out. This was not a typical job for CGS; it was probably one of their more challenging ones, and it turned out beautifully. They saved us a lot of money by thinking outside the box and figuring out a way to run the electrical wires without having to cut holes in our living room walls. We thought we were going to have to hire a drywall company and a painter to finish up the job, but it will not be necessary now. Thank you, Claudio! In addition to the 9 new LED recessed lights in the living room, Claudio and Eric also retrofitted an existing recessed light at our entryway to match the new living room lights, and replaced a fan/light combo in our downstairs bathroom. Both of these jobs went very smoothly as well. CGS was not the lowest quote we received, but we were willing to pay a little bit more because we really liked Claudio when he came out to give us an estimate and we felt he had very good ideas for our challenging project. I have to mention that Claudio did work with us on the price and gave us an Angie's List discount, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend CGS and will definitely be using them again in the future - in fact, we already have them coming out to work on an outdoor project for us this week.

I had trouble with a ceiling fan light. The previous service provider caused damage to the lamp portion of the ceiling fan. Claudio arrived early, assessed the problem and made all necessary repairs in a timely manner. I plan to use CGS for additional electrical work in the near future

It was very simple to schedule an appointment, they were prompt and professional. The electrician was well mannered and finished the installations without any issues. He also gave me a little basic electrical education which was nice. CGS is a good electrical company.

Mr. Sanchez returned my phone call very promptly. After describing my problem, he assured me there was no need to worry and described how to correct the breaker issue. He walked me through the procedure as he ascertained that a service call was not necessary. It is so rare to find professional and honest service companies these days. I am, once again, saying, " thank you" to Angie's List for directing me to such a valuable resource as Mr. Clauidio Sanchez. I will certainly use his services and refer my associates to him whenever I can.

When I called Claudio Sanchez, we were really up against a time deadline here. I needed him to come and anchor down the outlets. I called him in the afternoon, and he answered. He and his guys were out in their truck, and he said he could be right out there. He was maybe twenty or twenty-five miles away down south. He said they were going to be here, and they were. He is such a nice, sweet young man. He is so good and so professional.

All went very well. They came out the same day I called and had a fix. They needed to replace several very old circuit breakers. It took a few days to get the parts and kept me posted as to when they would be back to do the work. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves.

It was a great experience. When I called in Aug they were booked until Oct, but when I told them what it was and requested an afternoon appointment, they told me of an afternoon opening in the next week or two. So, they were able to get here sooner than originally expected. I had bought the ceiling fans and when they opened them, we determined that the fans would hang too low for the rooms. I returned the fans and they were able to come back and few days later and install the new ones. They squeezed me in between some appointments they had. They were very nice and professional. Their clean up was great. They charged what they quoted over the phone. Although, when all was said and done, I forgot to ask for the Angie's List discount and senior discount they say they give, so I just paid the whole price. They were also prompt and showed up when they said they would.

I call him when I need help. Very well.

Claudio was responsive to my estimate request, but was unavailable to commence work until almost a month later. But it was definitely worth the wait. He and Eric arrived promptly as scheduled, was courteous, worked expeditiously, and kept my home clean and orderly at the end of the 2 days of work. His price was quite reasonable and I truly appreciated his upfront, honest, professional opinions on the type of work I had requested. I will definitely use Claudio's services again in the future, and I feel comfortable referring him to anyone who needs electrical work.

I highly recommend CGS. I called them up and they responded very quickly. They called before they showed up and they showed up when they said they would. None of this between 1-4 stuff! They were very easy going, professional and a pleasure to talk to. They finished the job quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again for any future electrical work.

After I moved into a new condo, I notice that my electric range wasn't working properly--the burners and oven took forever to heat up, and never seemed to reach full power. I assumed the problem was with the range itself, so I called an appliance repairman to service it. The repairman informed me that the problem was actually with the outlet the range was plugged into, which appeared to be producing only about 110 V instead of the 240 V the range needed. I was anxious to start cooking in my new place, so I wanted to get the range working as soon as possible. I contacted another highly rated Angie's List electrician first, but he wouldn't have been able to come out for a week. Then I called Claudio. He returned my call the same day, and told me he'd be able to stop by the next day (which was a Saturday, by the way), probably around noon. He actually arrived closer to 10:30 a.m., after first calling me to make sure that was convenient. It took him less than an hour to fix the outlet, and it's now working perfectly. (He also turned out to be a fellow cat-lover, so we had a very pleasant conversation about our respective feline family members ;-) His fee was quite reasonable--less, actually, than I'd expected to spend. I'm so happy to have found Claudio! He's professional, personable, and knows his stuff. I recommend him without reservation.
