Mark determined our problems were not with our underflooring, and his estimate was quite reasonable. He and his team did the repairs faster than we anticipated and within the estimate, They were most pleasant throughout, the work is excellent, our (bathroom) problems are resolved. They worked some of the hottest days of the year in July and August to ensure that the job was done in a timely manner. The job foreman was prompt to ask my opinion and ensure that my wishes were accomplished. The crews were well aware of the regulations for constructing an ADU and met the regulations in a timely manner. All permits were signed in a timely manner, inspections were scheduled in a timely manner and crews were ready and in attendance. I would definitely recommend Glenn and his crews to anyone planning projects large or small. I would hire him again for similar projects."

"Bathroom remodel was started 9-11-24. My project manager, Morgan is incompetent and unable to respond to inquires or answer simple questions. The job was stopped after 1 week due to cabinet order screw up. I was left with no shower or toilet. I have 1 1/2 baths. There is no communication between workers and management. I had to fight to get he shower completed and texturing done. Crew members will complain about the work done by the previous crew in front of you. I am 2 1/2 weeks out and finally found out which cabinet I will receive. It will be installed some time after 10-3-24. There is so much more but I am limited to 999 characters. Rose remodeling has taken any joy I had about my bathroom remodel and turned it into a big disappointment for me. Save yourself 4 weeks of torture and choose another company. Nobody in the company can respond to problems in a timely manner. My 5 x 8 bathroom remodel will take 4 weeks to complete."
