Bathroom remodel was started 9-11-24. My project manager, Morgan is incompetent and unable to respond to inquires or answer simple questions. The job was stopped after 1 week due to cabinet order screw up. I was left with no shower or toilet. I have 1 1/2 baths. There is no communication between workers and management. I had to fight to get he shower completed and texturing done. Crew members will complain about the work done by the previous crew in front of you. I am 2 1/2 weeks out and finally found out which cabinet I will receive. It will be installed some time after 10-3-24. There is so much more but I am limited to 999 characters. Rose remodeling has taken any joy I had about my bathroom remodel and turned it into a big disappointment for me. Save yourself 4 weeks of torture and choose another company. Nobody in the company can respond to problems in a timely manner. My 5 x 8 bathroom remodel will take 4 weeks to complete.

The final product turned out really nice, but it did take longer than expected and there were some communication issues with the project coordinator.

**If you love wasting your time, hire Rose Remodeling, but if you value your time, money, and home; avoid them at all costs!!! I have worked with and hired several good Contractors and a few horrible contractors. This is probably the worst contractor I have ever met in person. Outside of their awesome Salesman, Jeren Rose, this company has no F***ing clue what they are doing or what good quality is. The work was supposed to be completed in 3 days. After failing their first inspection, the inspector laughed at their work and felt bad for me hiring them. About 4 months later, this group FINALLY finished the bathroom project. All they had to do was replace the original bathtub with a shower/bathtub combo setup...After the 4th screwup by the original installer, Management finally gave the project over to another of the Owners sons, Andre? Rose to complete the project. It took him several days to fix the original screw-ups and they had to hire a specialist to fix the huge ding in the wall. *Message me if you want to learn the full shit show of this experience! LOL!

From start to finish, Rose Remodeling did a wonderful job of changing a 1977 year old children's tub into more spacious and ADA compliant full shower for us older kids who come home to visit mom! Stephanie, their sales consultant, walked us through the process complete with a presentation on how Rose Modeling specializes in wet spaces of bathrooms. We discussed with her the design and chose the features of the shower that they ordered right away, and assigned Jerel, our Construction Project Coordinator who took the baton from Stephanie, who provided me with the specs, and ventured us into the installation process, complete with inspections from the city to approve the work. The whole demolition and installation took five work days, to include the city inspections. Juan and Manuel, the construction team, did a stellar and professional job, working hard to get the project done on time and consulted with the family while they were working in my mom's home. At the end of the project the brand new shower, that was once a 1970s children's bathtub, was forward into the future looking fabulous and feeling much more spacious! Jerel closed the project providing us with documents to understand the care of mom's new shower and warranties. I highly recommend Rose Modeling for wet space remodels. From my family's experience with Rose Modeling, they transformed an old and dated 46 year old wet pace into something more functional for today and for years to come... they did an excellent job all around! Highly recommended!

Workmen were courteous and efficient. They were careful of my home and knew their jobs. I appreciate the ease of communication and how well they cleaned up the site.

I am giving the work quality rating a 4 only because the finished bathroom was done correctly and well. BUT, when our initial worker assigned to our case had to take a week off in the middle of the project, they sent a worker who was unqualified and who made many errors (including butchering our air vent). When our initial worker came back, he had to spend all this extra time redoing everything the other guy did. We called the company and told them not to send the second guy back. The project took an extra week. It was an error in judgement by management. We would not recommend this company because the errors by management and if you do go with them, who knows which worker you would get? The one who knows what he is doing, or the one who does not.
