Description of Work: They took 10 min. to snake the one clogged toilet in my rental home, and I asked them to do the same for the 2nd toilet, which was dirty but seemed ok. Just to be sure, and he said i'd have to pay the same fee again for the 2nd though it would have taken just 5 minutes because he already had his equipment out. so i said no thanks.

Description of Work: After a few days of confusion on who contacts who I finally made contact and made an appointment for service. I had the $99.00 Drain Cleaning service special rate but ended up paying $249.00 in total because the job needed more than one person to complete. All this because I don't have a clean out valve on the ground and had to go through a vent on the roof. | |The workers were very courteous and performed there job efficiently and made sure I understood what they were doing. | |If I had any complaint it would be that I bought a $125.00 service at a special rate of $99.00 through Angie List but had to pay an additional $150.00 for the extra manpower. I don't have a problem with the extra manpower charge but feel I should of only been charged $124.00 instead since I bought a $125 service. | |Overall, the work was excellent and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Fixed issue with low water pressure

Description of Work: Two technicians were sent to my place to diagnose and solve my problem. The second technician even called in another expert to diagnose my problem. He didn't quit until my issue was resolved. He came back on the next business day to complete the job. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: They installed a new faucet in the kitchen sink, and a new garbage disposal, switching the side it was on. The guy that came out was very pleasant, friendly, and did a good job, and quickly.

Description of Work: Plugged drain in bathtub. Fixed 3 bathroom sink stoppers in bathrooms. Fixed kitchen sink leak. Maintenance check with included checking and flushed water heater tank, checked all in house drains and toilets. | |Plumber completing job was terrific and nice.

Description of Work: An emergency water line break in the PVC pipe between the street and house was repaired under a section of sidewalk. A 2x3 foot section of sidewalk was jack hammered out and a new section of pipe was spliced in 18 inches below. Repair went quickly and they hauled away the concrete chunks that were hammered out. The brass shut-off valve to the house was also replaced for an extra $300 because it was stuck open.

Description of Work: Roger fixed a minor issue which we thought was major one by going above and beyond what was expected of him. Great, quick, and friendly service indeed!

Description of Work: I have a home warranty service. I have used Discount in the past . They are affiliated with the warranty co, but when contacted were not able to take my emergency job. I did not know of this affiliation & called them. They said they were booked but if they got a cancellation would call ASAP. They did 1 hr later! They then were able to work directly with the co taking out as middl-man. In the past their prices have been very competitive. No reservations recommending them!

Description of Work: I called Discount on Saturday and they scheduled an appointment for Sunday between 10-noon. They told me that the plumber would call while he was on his way and before arriving. Sunday came and went without the plumber showing up and I did not receive a call until Monday - which was simply someone asking me to call them back. I will cross this company off my list...

Description of Work: Plumber did not find clean out on side of house for drain cleanout so had to use the driveway sewer cleanout. Said there was probably debri in line from construction of house. Turns out there was lots of debri in line. Plumber submitted invoice to Builder for payment, Builder paid as it was still under new construction warranty. Plumber was asked to give a quote for reverse osmosis water filter under kitchen sink. Quote was high, so we went out for 3 other quotes and found the service was only $89 plus parts from other installers. Plumber's quote was around $225 which was way higher than the other 3 quotes we obtained. In our communications and experience with this plumber we found him to be not polite and to over confident. We would not recommend or use this outfit again.
