Description of Work: The gentleman that performed the service was very courteous. However the work he did didn't fix the problem. Had to call him back. He said that my dishwasher had to have a different hose. I ordered and payed for the part but was leaving down the next day and would be gone for a month. I was told to phone the office when I returned. When IO called the office the woman at the office was extremely rude. She couldn't even find my name in the computer. There was a lot of water damage to my hardwood floors and I had to get the Mr Appliance man here as soon as possible before the insurance people came to inspect the floors. Since it was their man that hadn't connected the dishwasher correctly I think they should have sent their man back as soon as I called. The VERY rude woman in the office put me off for three days. It's been h with the insurance company since the correct hose was not attached to the dishwasher. I will NEVER use their services again. Mistakes I can understand but absolute rudeness is unforgivable.
