Everything was great! They had top-of-the-line panels, and they did an excellent job with the installation.

My family has a 12 unit, high end, apartment complex, where the common area electric bill was getting out of control. My husband and I had used Nova West Solar for our home a few years earlier and were blown away with the professionalism. Everything they promised was done. I called Nova West to get an estimate of what Solar would cost and how they would attach it to the foam roof without damaging the seal. They assured me that because they have a roofing contractors licence that they new how to put it on without any damage. That same day they came out and checked out the property, got the monthly kw usage and had a proposal for me the next day. We signed the contract and 18 days after signing, they started the work. Work was done in three days. The crew that did the work were amazing in that they took care not to disturb the tenants. and were very polite when they were approached After the work was done I went on top of the roof to pick up any screws or debris that may have been left. The roof was SPOTLESS and the work impeccable . Nova West Solar is the best. I would recommend them to anyone. My daughter has just bought her first home and will see about solar for her home once escrow closes. Sandra

After getting estimates from 3 other solar companies for a solar system for my home and then checking the quality of each companies work, I chose Nova West Solar to do the job. They started the project within a week and had it completed in 2 days. 3 weeks later the utility company changed out the meter. Nova West Solars crew was very polite and professional, and the company saved me $5,000.00 over the closest competitor. I went from an average bill of $300.00 per month to a total bill of $177.00 for the entire year. Nova West Solar is a fantastic company and I would and have recommended them to all of my friends.

Our experience with this company was first rate. All appointments were kept on time. The actual fitting of the panels went on schedule and as expected. The installers were very polite and friendly did everything they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves and did not leave messes around, worked very efficiently. System passed all inspections and looks great in our home. We had a very good experience with this compnay and would be happy to refer this company in a heartbeat. They helped us with the state governemt rebate process and got our money in a few weeks after application, Andrew's help was great, very patient and the process went smoothly.
