Hague Quality Water of Los Osos, is a family business with 12 employees. We sell, rent, and service water treatment equipment in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. We offer free estimates and all our work is performed by our employees. We never sub contract out our work. We are licensed contractors, with excellent references. Description of Work: Indicated I could sale back product should I move. When I moved from area I was charged $250.00 to remove system with no possible sale back like was told to me in the sales pitch. It is a good system but very expensive.

Description of Work: Performed annual maintenance on Reverse Osmosis water filter that came with the house when we bought it. Hague did the original installation and still had the records! Technician arrived timely and checked out the system, replaced the filters and suggested replacing the tank, which improved the flow substantially, so it was needed. Friendly, knowledgeable technician and office staff.

Description of Work: We first use them in 2003, where we had an extensive and complete water filtration system, water softener, and two drinking osmosis systems. The products were very good, but very expensive, compared to comparable companies. They then serviced it yearly (another expensive venture), until we sold our house in 2012. After paying all that money, they misplaced our files, and we had to contact them to come back for the filter replacements. If you have unlimited money, then I would recommend them. If not, there are comparable units that cost much less.

Thank you for the review. I didn't hear anything about misplacing your files, but I see that we serviced your system regularly until 2012. Unfortunately you didn't have the system long enough to see the value of all the money you spent on that equipment. A conventional water softener would last 10 years on average. I do have a comment on a statement you made in your review. "If you have unlimited money, then I would recommend them. If not, there are comparable units that cost much less." There are no comparable units for less money, or even more money. If you think you purchased a water softener, then I agree you would have paid too much. You invested in a whole house filtration system backed by an industry leading warranty of 25 years. That system will remove the chlorine and chemicals from the water as well as soften it. No softener will remove chlorine, and no filter will be guaranteed for 25 years. You had a very special piece of equipment. I wish you had taken the system with you. I don't apologize for our price. We offer the best equipment and the best service in the industry. You had me out to your new home to check your water system. I found that your "contractor installed Costco RO" was making worse water than what was coming out of your tap. I'm glad I was able to point that out to you, but in this business you really do get what you pay for. I appreciate your business and I will be happy to help you anytime you need it. - Eric Foronjy

Everything is going well. The system is working just fine, and the water quality is great. I also like that the unit only has to be refilled once every nine months.

It was nice dealing with them, but we couldn't have them do the installation due to some remodeling taking place at the house. The remodeling is now finished, but we are losing our home to forclosure and have decided not to have the system installed. In addition, Hague will not buy back the equipment even though it's still in its original packaging.

The company had a fabulous response time and excellent customer service, and the system is still running well. I do find their fee for service calls to be a bit exorbitant however.

The company did a fine job with the installation and has been very responsive to any issues. Furthermore, the system is of a very high quality, and we're quite satisfied with its performance. The only downside is that it is quite expensive.

They did a good job with the installation, are very responsive when we call, and have been diligent about checking up with us on the system's performance. The only issue is that we would have liked more information on how to properly use and maintain the system.

Basically, add salt the Watermax system when it's low. Change filters on the drinking water system every 18 months (we call to remind you). Everything turned out well. The company responded quickly to my call and did good work. The tank was still under warranty, so they replaced it, free of charge, with a better one that had a larger capacity.
Description of Work: They replaced the 4 year-old tank on my reverse osmosis system. They also changed the system's filters and did routine maintenace at that this time.

We first heard about Hague Quality Water at the Home Show at the Paso Robles Event Center three years ago. Eric Foronjy explained the system and we tasted the water. WOW! That's all I can say...the water tastes amazing and I have zero grains of hardness. I no longer have dry skin, hard water stains or cloudy ice cubes. I love my Hague system so much that when we moved recently, we called Eric right away and purchase the system again! The installation was clean, neat and very professional. Good job guys!

I am absolutely shocked by this review. I work 12 hours a day almost 7 days a week to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied. I personally run service calls for customers who have problems that our service department can not cover because they are booked. I have met you 3 times in total. I have not spoken with you personally since we installed the system and I tested it to make sure everything was working back in Nov. of 2011. You are one of my rental customers. Any and all service is covered at no charge for your system anytime you call. We have not heard anything from you since June 30th of last year. That was 8 months ago. You had a concern about you water, we scheduled you for July 3rd at 1:30 PM but you called in to cancel the appointment. We have not heard anything from you since then. Please elaborate how we have not been responsive with issues regarding your water system. If there is a problem with my staff I need to know. I have excellent office workers who are there for your calls from 8 am until 9 pm Monday through Friday. I absolutely care about our customers. If there is ever a problem that you feel the office is not addressing by all means you can call me anytime and I will get you taken care of. In the future please call our office and let us know if you are having a problem so we can attempt to resolve it before you post negative feedback on the internet.
