Two guys arrived on time and and set up properly (moved items to the center of the room, placed canvases on the floor, taped off moulding, did hole patching, fixed two cracks, etc. They finished two coats in about four hours and returned the room to it's original state. The livingroom looks great. I would definitely hire them again!

.Overall, it was an excellent experience! A broken window occurred during the work effort and the cost of its replacement was totally satisfactory to me. The job took three full days, plus a couple of hours on day four. Clean-up was awesome. The color consultation was very useful and good ideas were exchanged. I am very, very happy with the color of the front doors. I was at the rental about 90% of the time the painting was being performed. This was not a problem for me or the paint team.

They did an excellent job, showed up as promised, completed the job in the time expected, and then did a thorough cleanup of the area. I will definitely use them again when I need a painter as I thought the Angie's List Deal was a very good value and they work they did exceeded my expectations.

i requested multiple bids from painting contractors to complete the exterior of my home and initially choose another contractor (big mistake). After firing the first paint contractor, I re-bid the job and included The Painting Pros again. Cleeve personally quoted each time and was very patient with my circumstances (6 months between quotes). After reassuring me he would have a minimum of three people working on my home, I decided to go with The Painting Pros. The three man crew showed up as scheduled on time each day and completed the job in 4 and one half days. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Richard, in particular, provided guidance on trim work for my detached garage which came out perfect. After all of the challenging contractors I've dealt with in the past 4 years, it's refreshing to know that there are reputable, reliable and dependable tradesman that take pride in their work as if they were painting their own home! I can't say enough about Cleeve and his professional crew. On a side but important note, Cleeve's initial bid was the lowest I received - just goes to show that the lowest bid isn't always an indicator of poor quality - in my case, it was just the opposite.

The price is good and I am satisfied with the end result. Also, I am pleased with the workers who actually performed the work. There were a few bumps in the road involving payment and rescheduling. It rained and he wasn’t able to come. We kept seeing rain and it continued to get pushed back because we continued to be hit by bad weather. There were some problems with payment, but overall it ended up being okay.

GOT CONTRACTOR FROM ANGIE'S LIST. CALLED AND GOT A REVIEW AND ESTIMATE. CONTRACTOR'S PEOPLE ARRIVED, PREPPED IT, PAINTED IT, AND DID A SUPERIOR JOB.

The experience went very well. They were on time, covered the floor, removed their shoes and took care of all the details very precisely. Ultimately I am very satisfied with the painting job.

The painting got delayed because of rain. Clive, our estimator, was professional and responsive. In the end, the job got completed with good, but not outstanding, quality. During the process, we had to personally monitor their work closely as they tended to forget to prime or otherwise properly prepare areas that were not obvious, especially around roof eaves, flashing and railings. They also tended to forget to paint areas that were important but not visible, such as the underside of a deck rail. I personally kept a list of all discrepancies and all special items to be done, and this was discussed with their crew at least once a day. The problem seemed to be a lack of supervision. One of their crew said the paint had built-in primer. We had to show him the directions on the can, which spelled out clearly that priming was required first. But eventually all the work got done to our satisfaction, and all of the items on my list got worked off. In general they did a good job in most areas, but after they were gone we still found a few more small areas which we chose to touch up ourselves. The painters left us some extra paint for touch-ups. The whole job took about 10 days due to its complexity. The painters did a good job of cleaning up after they were finished. We would recommend them, but only on the condition that they be supervised carefully to make sure the work is done correctly. The crew we had was capable of good quality work, but they needed extra supervision. We also had to watch to make sure they didn't lean their ladders up against the gutters and cause them to be caved inwards.

The painter arrived on time and was very professional. I was very satisfied with the quality of the painting. The price was very fair and the painter did an excellent job. He had a very good attitude and was interested in the customer's satisfaction. I would use this company again.

Called The Painting Pros to get a quote for exterior painting. They were prompt courteous and professional. Their appointment fell off my electronic calendar, so I was a bit shocked when they showed up and that led to an awkward start. I'm just glad I was home! We walked the job site and talked over the job. It turns out they do not do dry rot repair, so I was referred to a partner who does. Gave him a call and found he was booked into next year. That wouldn't work for us as we wanted to finish the exterior before the rains came. No worries, I can find someone else to do the repairs. Then the quote for the painting came. Wow! It was $2,000 over the highest quote I had, and it didn't even include the dry rot repairs. I'm not sure what the disconnect was on this quote, but I went with another company and they did a good job. Otherwise, the process was professional and courteous and I have no issues with The Painting Pros.

I was completely satisfied with the work done. The painters arrived each day as scheduled and were courteous and professional. The owner, Clive, called me after the job was completed to make sure that I was happy with the work. One suggestion that I would make to improve the communication of the job specs to the painters would be to ask the job coordinator to give a printed copy of the proposal to the lead painter so that they can refer back to it while at the job site. I gave price a "B" rather than an "A" rating because the quote was higher than that of some competitors. The bottom line is that you get what you pay for.

Everything went very well. The painters were punctual and professional and they did a beautiful job. The job was estimated to last 2-3 days, and they finished in 2. They patched nail holes as well. The end result is beautiful. I will use this company in the future.

I got them off Angie’s list. I am waiting for him to call me back. There are a few things to be fixed up. He keeps saying that he will set it up, but he called me only once. I am sure they are kind of busy. I had two holes in the wall where I had a cabinet. He has to fill the holes and paint over it. However, they did not fill the holes and painted over it. They did not retexturize it. They were quite good. I just had this little problem. They were okay.

The project went well and quickly. It was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks of Cleve visiting the house to prepare the estimate. Verbally he stated it might take 3 days, the prepared contract stated 4-5 days, and it ended up taking 4. The house looks great, in the final inspection with his crew I found very few nit-picky items that I requested further touch-up on (and which they happily accommodated). Cleanup was good with very minimal debris left behind. Cans with extra paint left and marked for us. The crew lead kindly removed some extra debris from the roof that was not related to this painting job.

I spoke at length with Cleve, the owner of Painting Pros, when he performed an onsite estimate. He laid out the entire process, was conscientious and accepting of my need to protect special plants and trees, and discussed in detail his experience with various paint brands in terms of how each did-or-did-not hold color and withstood the elements. Cleve was easy going, kind, knowledgeable and always a delight to work with. His answers to all of my questions were clear, informed and rapid. His employees spoke highly of him throughout the entire painting process. I signed the contract immediately. Noe, the foreman, arrived with two assistants at the appointed time and day to commence work. Noe first met with me, discussed the scope of the job, and relayed what he would do first and why. Noe came by each day prior to the start of painting and asked if I had any questions; he did the same at the end of each day. Their painting was beautiful, perfect in every regard. My next door neighbor and his contractor both remarked that they'd never since a painting crew work so quickly. When my final inspection found a few areas needing touchups, Noe performed them immediately. The Painting Pros painted in a way that makes the house have a "snap," an elegance. Their work is extraordinary!

I had a great experience. They were punctual for the estimate and work. They cleaned up very carefully. They estimated four days but finished in three. They did a very careful, thorough job. The kitchen looks great. I recommend them and will use them again.

They arrived on time (one painter) who set up, masked off and then painted a very large accent wall (14'x26') in about 2.5 hours. The painter cleaned up, removed all of the tape and did some touch up before leaving. I supplied the paint. He did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

It went well, they did an excellent job. I plan to continue to use them as jobs come up. They have done two projects for me, with dynamite results. They are good people to work with.

Over all the experience when well. From scheduling the time to have the job bid to the finish, everyone was very pleasant, professional, and most appreciated, ON TIME. There were a couple minor miscommunications (both parties at equal fault), but they were very good about finding a fair compromise (and always read the Proposal VERY carefully!). We will definitely be using them again on a second bathroom later this year.
