It is nice to find a company like The Painting Pros that stand behind their work. They painted the whole house a little over five years ago but some moisture got in and caused some peeling (typical of wood siding.) I called the company and they immediately sent a representative to check it out. It was beyond the five year warranty but they stood by their work and with no extra charge, they repainted the problem areas and more!! They blended the new and the old and the front looks brand new. They did a great cleanup job with nothing left behind except a well Painted house!! A special thanks to Cleve for coordinating it all and to Salvador who did a beautiful job!!!

They have 5 crews and each crew has a foreman. The job and quality of work was outstanding.. The earn a 5 star in every category. I will use them again on my rental properties. They passed the gold standard of my wife and we both highly recommend them.

Great! My garage looks like a photography studio afterwards! I had Richard performing the work, he was very professional and answered all of my questions before he started, and took great care to protect my washer/dryer while the work was going on. Would definitely use again.

Sloppy work, lacked attention to detail, overpriced.

Cleve and his team did a superb job in painting our Master Bedroom, bath, and walk in closet! The work was done quickly and with great care. The room looks amazing with the crown molding complimenting the lush paint colors on the walls. The team was friendly and and a pleasure to have in our home.

I needed this job done pretty quickly and Cleve reached out right away, was able to text with me to hash out details and had someone scheduled immediately. Very professional, reasonable price, done quickly and expertly. Prep, clean up and service were all impeccable! Will definitely use these guys again for future jobs.

Our 3-person crew, headed by Richard, arrived on time each day and were very professional. We are very detail-oriented, and Richard was kind and responsive to our requests. They accommodated our needs and cleaned up each day so that we could continue to live comfortably in our home. A couple of days in to our 8-day job, we decided to change/add a color to our project, and the color consultant came out, checked in with us, and the change was easily made. Our house looks fantastic, and we are very happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend this company, and I will happily use them again.

The Paining pros co, crew of two permanent employees, + one that did the runner work. All needed equipment arrived first, began by pressure washed entire home, mix of wood & stucco. filled any stucco cracks, scrapped & sanded wood surfaces, all preparation was completed prior to any painting. Entire job began Tuesday am, & completed on Friday late afternoon, Large 3 bedroom home, Three bids were invited, each from Angie's list the painting pros were the middle bid, but offered a more comprehensive contract, we believe we made an excellent choice. many thanks to Angie's list & the painting Pros.

Painters arrived the first day of painting at time we agreed upon. A foreman and two additional painters were the team. The job took approximately 3-1/2 days to complete. They were always pleasant and responsive to my questions.and suggestions. The Painting Pros also offered the assistance of a "colorist" on their staff (Roshawn) who came to my home to discuss colors with me. She also provided me with a large clothing rack that allowed me to move my clothing into my garage during the painting. Roshawn gave me her business card with her phone # for any questions, and I called her several times during the painting job and she was always available to talk and very helpful. In my mind she was the unofficial coordinator of the project. The initial meeting and estimate of the painting job, was done by Ken Aase of Painting Pros. Within a couple of days, I received a copy of the Proposal and Contract from Ken, which contained all of the details we had discussed regarding the painting itself, and the estimated cost. I especially appreciated this because I was able to see in writing exactly what we had discussed at my house. And finally, there were a few touch-up spots that needed to be done,

They came out and helped me match colors, this went really well. Unfortunately, when they painted they painted my door shut and didn't do all of the pulling of the nails. They did come back and try to fix the problem, but I still have to use another company to fix my door.

I was very pleased. They matched the paint perfectly, and did a great job. I would definitely call them again. I highly recommend them.

The crew is discrete and polite. The coordinator Roshawn is great, she will help you pick colors and handle the operation smoothly. You can always reach them on the phone when you need it.

Painted 4 rooms. I have an older home with a lot of trim. They were very professional and efficient. I plan to use their services again in the spring for the remainder of the house.

They responded to the estimate promptly and were responsive. The guy who did the estimate was friendly and professional. We hired them to do paint and stain work on our stairs as we didn't think we would be able to do the job ourselves with a new baby and some of the detailed work involved. We spent a significant amount of $ having the stairs redone and wanted them finished at the same quality. That being said, the guys who came out to do the work didn't seem to have an eye for the same quality. They stained the railing with one coat of stain and asked if we were ok with it. When I looked it was significantly lighter than the stair treads (same stain) and had many imperfections. The response I got from them was that the wood itself wasn't good quality and wan't their fault. Part of the estimate was for them to fill/prep the wood for paint and stain so not sure why this wasn't their issue. They ultimately put on another coat of stain and did some touch ups of the major areas which were problematic but made me feel like a nag. Again after the second stain coat I asked them to touch up areas which were really quite obvious. The attitude of the workers was to fix what I pushed only and they didn't seem to take pride in their work at all. Ultimately I accepted it but there are still areas on the railing which don't look great and the inside of the railing wasn't sanded and is actually quite rough when you use it. The paint on the stairs had some similar issues where I asked them to make smooth and they responded that it was the wood underneath. Again when you are painting a surface I would think the prep is important and ultimately it should look smooth. I would not use them again but ultimately they did get the job done and were not ridiculously priced. I guess you get what you pay for, but if you have a detailed job that needs high quality/attention to detail I would not use this company.

I can't say enough positives about the work performed. There were no short cuts taken. We had texture issues on our staircase from prior repairs. The walls were beautiful when completed. 50 year old window sills look brand new. I checked every place in the house I knew had a paint problem before and every one now looks great. The work performed on our house is as.close to perfection as I could hope for. Rich, Albert and Mario were wonderful - they were always on time, tried to minimize any disruptions to us and worked around us as much as possible. I thought the price was reasonable for the work performed and the quality of service. I love the paint and crown molding. My house looks great. I should add that Cleve and Painting Pros painted the exterior of my house two years ago. It still looks great. That's why I went back to them when it came to painting the interior of the house.

The Painting Pros are outstanding. The rooms look fantastic. If you closely examine the results, you can see they are very detailed and take a lot of pride in their work. They showed up on time and finished on schedule. They were very careful in moving the furniture, and they thoroughly cleaned up. The Painting Pros is slightly more expensive than the competition, but you definitely get what you pay for. I will definitely hire them for future work.

They were on time, they stayed a full day, they didn't waste any time, and they did a very nice job. The price was very high. The other two bids that I got were very low, but what sold me was the Cleve was very concise about everything, and I thought he would do a good job, if he was that concise. I could have gotten a good job from the other providers.

Cleve did a great job! He had a lot of holes to patch because we did some remodel electrical work, but he covered them up perfectly... you can't see them at all. He was very careful at masking all the trim, removing all the switch plates, light fixtures, ceiling speakers, and so on. It all looks perfect. The job was a bit complicated because it ended up involving at least half a dozen colors, but he kept it all straight and everything turned out just right! And on time. We'll definitely call him the next time we need painting help.

Cleve came to the house himself to talk about the job. He was prompt and courteous. After examining the peeling paint, he explained why it was peeling in some areas and not in others. This was quite helpful since I was originally only asking for the peeling areas to be painted. His explanation was not a sales pitch to get more work, but rather rational as to why it was only a matter of time before the other areas started to peel. He was very prompt and descriptive with the estimate. Since the job was not too big, his crew was flexible with the start date. They were very respectful of the occupants during the day and finished as estimated. They cleaned up all the material and provided a detailed “wall-thru” of the job. Any little blemishes that I noticed were quickly resolved. They were accommodating when I paid the bill. Over all, very professional crew.

That was not a good experience. Basically they came in and I didn't feel like I got my eight hours. Two people came in for four hours. One was very inexperienced and was learning on the job. I could have painted as well as he was. It took up a lot of the other person's time. They completed something and started washing all of their equipment. There was still some more work I had wanted them to do. By the point, I realized what was going on. Their equipment was washed. When you're painting, it takes a while to clean everything. There was an hour and a half worth of getting their equipment in and washing up afterwards. It wasn't worth it. I didn't spend more than the big deal purchase. They were late that day and they left early.

Did a good job except left some of old paint around trim.

We are happy with the work that was done. Painting Pros started when they said they would and finished on time.

It was excellent. He was very good. We had a number of different colors and surfaces that we asked them to take care for us and he took care each one of them expertly. He knew what he was doing. He did a great job. The person I came in contact with was excellent. It didn't cost more than the big deal purchase. The pricing was excellent.
