Cleve arrived at our house on time and was very professional. He listened to our questions and made some suggestions of his own. A few days later, he provided us with an extremely detailed quote. He was very thorough and professional. Ultimately we decided on a different vendor whose quote was quite a bit lower than the Painting Pros, but I would recommend the company from the perspective that Cleve is very detailed, professional and thorough.

My overall impression of The Painting Pros is that they were professional, on time, and gave us a good price. We didn't use them because we ended up liking one of the other places better.

We contacted the Painting Pros at the end of last year, but didn't start the project until 6 months later. They were able to pull our quote and make the adjustments we asked for. They were accommodating to our dates and did an excellent job from start to finish. The color consult with Roshawn, included at no extra charge, was very helpful and we were impressed how she checked back with us during the project. The crew were on time, quick, but careful and left everything clean and neat. When the paint color on the beams did not look as we had planned, they repainted them to be more like the shade we had in mind. We're happy with the work and would hire them again.

It was a tough job and they worked very hard. The 4 member crew took 3 days to finish the job. They did a good job but they didn't do everything they said they would do. The overall experience was pretty good.

When the paint did not cover as expected, Clive came to me and explained what was happening. After first stating that he was willing to abide by the original quote and given the extra labor costs involved, would I be willing to adjust my payment to cover the additional labor. I was very appreciative of this approach and agreed to make the adjustment.

I had just used the Painting Pros to paint the exterior of my house and they did a great job. I was in a time crunch to get some interior painting done while one of my bathrooms was torn apart. They came right out, gave me a quick quote and had people working within a day to get the work done. They did a great job and everything looks great.

My house was in horrible shape and in desperate need of a paint job and lots of clean up -- it is an older all wood house. I received several quotes and the Painting Pros were the most reasonable -- they had just done my neighbor's house and they were very please with them so I decided to go with them. They came out and talked to me about color choices and even put many colors on the house for me to think about. They were even flexible on deciding my front door color which I didn't do until a later time. They did a fantastic job -- the house looks great and there were no messes or anything left over. I ended up using them again.

Took 3 1/2 days for crew to complete the work. They were very professional, neat & clean. No problems.

They did a very neat job. The painters were expert at what they did. As I recall it dragged out longer than what was expected. I had to end up calling them up to come back out and finish some of the trim.
