Vadim responded almost immediately to my request, and met me a half-hour later. The part needed to be ordered, and he notified me when it arrived, and we arranged a mutually agreeable date & time for the work. He notified me via text when he was on his way, and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. The work was completed quickly, and our kitchen was left neat and clean.

Vincent diagnosed the problem and did r research and recommended to buy a new washer. And for those reading this that can never get a repair man on the play, Vincent was great

Vadim and Sergei were professional, knowledgeable ,experienced, and friendly. None of our questions went unanswered; in fact, they informed us of what they were doing and why our appliance, a microwave in a combination microwave,oven and warmer drawer built in cabinet unit could be repaired instead of replaced. They saved us the expense of having to replace the microwave on our Thermador combo unit. They worked well together and their humor was evidence to me and my wife that they enjoy what they do. Rude repairman, and my washing machine was not properly repaired. Still leaks water onto my hardwood floors if I wash a large load. I have to do medium, then doesnâ t leak. My Maytag never worked like this before. The guy was obnoxious.. paid $300 for very little. I need to start over. Take this dealer off your recommended list, please.

He was AMAZING - I had been waiting for another appliance repair company for close to 3 weeks after they ordered the wrong part, then randomly canceled my appointment and automatically rescheduled it for 2 weeks later without even interacting with me. I was VERY frustrated, to say the least. He was available the day I called him (which happened to be a Saturday). He arrived when he said he would, was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed it!!! I highly recommend them!

He was available on Saturday. He came at the time he said he would. He knew exactly what to do. He was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him.

They did a good job.

He was unable to make the repair, but that was because the unit was out of production so no replacement part could be obtained. He tried several things before deciding the only fix was a replacement. Very quick response.
