Very quick reply to initial request for service. Charged $85 diagnostic fee applicable to the repair. Came the same day to fix a dryer that stopped producing heat. Quickly diagnosed broken fuse and the repair total cost $285 including the diagnostic fee. Cleaned the dryer. 3 week warranty. It has been 1 month, and it works well in producing heat. We had control board problems above this scope of this work. So totally satisfied and highly recommend!

What a great experience! Vincent came and conquered our musty top-loader washing machine that reeked of mildew. I had tried cycles with specialized cleaners, white vinegar, and even bleach (as the internet recommends), but nothing worked. I scrubbed every place I could reach, but to no avail. He took out the agitator (way gross under there), then pulled the drum (equally gross under there), and treated each with chlorine bleach, scrubbing away all the built-up soap/bacteria ick. All at a very reasonable price! What I hadn't expected was how much I enjoyed the whole process. Very pleasant experience and I even had some fun. Highly recommended.

He was punctual, did a better diagnosis than previous technician from another company. He suggested to purchase a new fridge instead as the cost of repair is more than the cost of new fridge.
