Requested quotes through Angi about noon for dryer repair. Vince called about 12:30, came to house and provided estimate at 2:00. Ordered heating element, returned with new part, and completed repair by 5:30 pm. Canâ t expect any better service than that. Will definitely use Happy Again Appliance again if we have another unhappy appliance event.

Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Quick to assess the refrigerator ice maker problem and get the job done with the least hassle. But expensive. Changed $200 for installing a new ice maker and $150 for part that I could have ordered for $120 on website. But I paid to get it done quick. Would hire again for emergency repair work.

Unfortunately my refrigerator was not worth fixing but I needed a service call to be sure that it couldnâ t be repaired. Vincent arrived in the time frame we set up, got right to work and concluded that it should be replaced. Although I wished it could have been repaired Iâ m glad we didnâ t go any further in trying make it work!

Good overall, Vince responded quickly to our refrigerator problem. He diagnosed the problem and he and his team came back later the same day with the parts and fixed our refrigerator good as new (well maybe not new):) Our fridge is purring like a kitten for only one third the cost of a replacement.
